The pool and ranch area were great for unwinding, and the beautifully maintained gardens added to the relaxing atmosphere. What truly sets this place apart is its beachfront location—you can’t beat being steps away from the sand and sea. Whether you’re there for a short stay or a longer vacation, this spot is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Playa Hermosa. Second time here with family and definitely will continue staying here.

We had a great time. The place could not have been more perfect. Cross a small street and a short walk to the beautiful black sand beach.

We travel quite a bit and this was one of my fav Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The cozy bungalow was located in a cute small community directly across from the beach. We enjoyed early morning beach walks and sunsets. We loved meeting the neighbors and other guests during our dog meet ups on the big open green lawn. The pool was a bonus. The lively town of Jaco is a 10 min drive while many restaurants are just a few minutes away. Can’t wait to come back!

This is an amazing location it’s in a upcoming community that is secured about 25 min from jaco great location to just relax and enjoy

Evan’s bungalow was amazing, beach front overlooking Playa Hermosa! You could not ask for a better location! This is our 3rd time staying in this bungalow complex, but our first time staying at Evan’s. We will absolutely be back! The folks that work and maintain the complex are incredibly friendly and so helpful! Making you feel right at home.

Brian is a great host always responsive and trying to accommodate! The Bungalow was fully equipped, peaceful and had an awesome view. We also felt very safe. The beach is spotless with some sunsets we won't forget. Overall this is a very good place we highly recommend!

the house is in a very beautiful and beachfront condominium. the house supports short and long season stays, it is all equipped for this. To go to a restaurant you will have to take a car, but it is super close. is in front of good waves. super recommend the stay. Brian is super attentive and helps you with whatever is necessary. i hope to come back again soon.

This was a perfect home to stay in while vacationing in Costa Rica. My family which included my 8 year old twin girls absolutely LOVED our stay here. This property is secluded enough to feel safe and relaxed. A ride to the main road that takes you to Uvita, Domincal, etc was a short but beautiful drive down the mountain. Grocery stores are very close, kitchen has everything you need as does the rest of the home. The pool is large and perfect temperature. Chelsea-our host was so very helpful with restaurant recommendations and any bookings we needed. My family rated this vacation home an A+!! We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! If you're looking for a quiet and private getaway surrounded by beautiful scenery and breathtaking views, this is the perfect spot. While the drive up was a bit rough, it was totally worth it for the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere that greeted us upon arrival. The property is well-maintained, and every detail seems thoughtfully planned to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. We'd love to come back!

Great location, great place, has a lot of stuff to do and it's right by the beach ( $6 to get access) has A/c in the bedroom and a fan. They have a pool, ping-pong, bikes that you can use. Highly recommend

We were 3 adults and rented for 18 nights. The house is extraordinarily well equipped and furnished with high quality furnishings. Everything is as described. Christian, the host is always available, friendly and accommodating. We were very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful experience. This is one of the best views of the Costa Rican jungle and mountains in an extremely secluded / quiet / private location. We've tried to stay in similar AirBnb's before that had issues with loud neighbors and difficult access roads. In contrast, this location was easy to access (no 4x4 needed) and was very private because there are no neighbors. In addition, Markus was great. He was friendly and welcoming. The food options took our stay to the next level. While the unit is well designed for cooking, we didn't want to prepare our own meals on this trip. Markus cooked for us in his rancho two dinners and two breakfasts. Not only were they delicious, he graciously accommodated my wife's allergies to lactose and soy even though this required him heavily modifying some of his recipes. I cannot possibly recommend this AirBnb more. Do yourself a favor and rent it!

Todd & Jill were fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty! Responsive & attentive, considerate & accomodating, & just good ol' fashion nice people! They helped us with navigating our way to their beautiful & peaceful property in the jungle mountains! They blessed us and shared with us fruit from the crazy variety of things growing on their land! The view from the main bedroom and the front porch that you wake up to every morning is breath taking! We hiked & swam in the gorgeous stream and river that borders each side of the house! Todd & Jill both have an incredible love for people & their well being & are extremely knowledgeable about many things including food and whats really going on in the world! We were blessed to have a handful of conversations with them! We cant even truly begin to capture the essence in this write up of how amazing a visit to Todd & Jills really is! Spacious accommodation with attention to the details. Beautiful garden with shared pool that we could use all by ourselves. Pam and Dave were always available and gave us helpful tips on tour providers and sunsets. Highly recommended!
