Possibility to also go to the center of Pornichet and La Baule on foot, for those used to walking by the sea. Comfortable bed. Very well-equipped kitchen. We recommend this place 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. It offers a very well appointed and very clean accommodation. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Le Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We did not use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, as the area is very well arranged in bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz sur mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron, ... To be done again! And soon!

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

Very nice, comfortable apartment with a terrace to enjoy the sun. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. Very close to the first beach 2 minutes away, and a nice path to get to the wild coast. The owners are available, very kind, attentive and good advice to visit this beautiful region

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Apartment completely in line with the description and photos. Pleasant interior, tastefully decorated, well arranged and widely equipped. Ideal location close to Baule and Pouliquen. Very friendly environment with views of the water and the equestrian center with the exercises of the riders to look at. The heated pool is an undeniable extra comfort. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this apartment. The hosting was perfect, very attentive. Thank you so much for all the welcome touches.
