We had a wonderful two day hiking vacation with four of us at this great place! The location is ideal – you can hike directly from the property. A day trip to Traben-Trarbach with a hike is also highly recommended. The tiny house is superbly equipped. Especially the kitchen has everything you need – a big plus. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for the first coffee! The living room with the great panoramic window invites you to relax. The shower and bathroom also surprised us positively – a really good size for a tiny house. Another highlight was the sauna. It has plenty of room for four people to sit, or for three if someone wants to lie down. The wood is high quality, the performance of the sauna top, and even infusion was available – a great detail! In addition, there are two e-bikes to rent, but we did not use them. All in all, the place was perfect for the four of us

A very nice stay near beautiful hiking areas. The accommodation was also beautifully decorated with all amenities. The instructions were very clear.

Fantastic stay! We used the very well equipped kitchen to cook for the whole group, turned on the fireplace to keep the house warm and use the garden to take a fantastic breakfast. We couldn't have asked for anything else.

We had a great extended weekend at Conny & Michael's place. There were no wishes left unfulfilled and we felt at home. We will be happy to come back!

Nice place ever and I would like to comeback

We enjoyed our stay in the fall. The apartment is just as cosy as you see it in the pictures. We would like to highlight the provision of bicycles with which we have more often driven the great bike paths along the Rhine.

Room was clean and warm with everything I needed, and a very comfortable bed. Host was so friendly and helpful. And I loved staying so close to the horse stables and being able to see the horses in the morning. This stable was very clean and you could see that the animals were well loved and respected! I would definitely stay again, thank you!

Warm, friendly and discreet welcome, respectful of our privacy. Very good tips for visiting the area. We enjoyed the welcome of our little dog. The apartment is spacious, cozy and well heated. Original and nice decor. Unbeatable value for money. We would highly recommend it.

Spent a few days at Elke's place with a friend and her 2 dogs and enjoyed it a lot. We felt very comfortable. Not only that we were welcome with 2 dogs (not a matter of course), but that we were able to provide for ourselves because the accommodation had everything necessary and there was a small shop in the village (open hours on holidays) was very valuable to us.

We stayed at Florian's place for three days for a break. Everything was as described, we were able to switch off and relax well. Since we were there right at the beginning of the year and it was quite cold, we only made short excursions to the area. But you can also take beautiful walks directly from the apartment. For shopping (supermarkets, etc.) you can drive 10 minutes by car. The contact with Florian was very friendly, relaxed and quick. Good time there! Glad to come back.

We would describe Harald's place as a beautiful spot to go glamping, with the luxury of a normal roof, soft beds, a private shower and toilet and the option to cook. Absolutely beautiful area and Harald is very responsive and had some good suggestions for us to do around the area. There's a fire pit available where you can roast your meat above fire, when it's not raining. What we did not expect was the 40 fishermen at 6 AM who will stay around the cabin until 6PM, who use the public toilet right below the cabin. From the initial photos and location it wasn't clear that this was a fisherman's spot, and our son was looking forward to be able to swim close to where we sleep, which was only possible after 6PM. It was his idea to go camping, we didn't want to sleep in a tent so we settled in between :) Turned out our son had a different idea of camping so we left early. Still a lovely spot!

You can experience a log cabin/mountain lodge The house was filled with the scent of wood and was distant It would be great to come and play with children The air was clean and the fields like a meadow would be even more beautiful in midsummer and midwinter I visit with my 70 years old parents and my dog. At first, I was wandering around because i did not know the right accommodation, but the owner came right away and helped me. Very kind Above all, the parking space was large, which was so nice. Thank you for the stay!

The communication with Sandra was super quick, friendly, helpful and straightforward. The cabin is super nicely decorated and I have never seen such a clean Airbnb. The larger bed is a little small for 2 people, but that doesn't bother you. I mean many existing kitchen equipment items are not noted; toaster, kettle, coffee maker, back paper, aluminum foil, small casserole, etc. Everything was available on site! The cabin is not insulated and in the cold months you should bring thicker clothes, slippers, thick socks! We will be happy to come back!

It was my first booking through Airbnb and also my first solo trip with my dog. The entire stay including accommodation was completely perfect for this! Florian was friendly and accommodating from the beginning and gave me good tips for e.g. nearby hiking trails and shopping. He also brought the pellets for the oven every morning (both with contact and contactless). The small log cabin delivers what it promises. The feel-good factor is absolutely there, because you can tell how much love is in the accommodation. The location was also ideal for me personally, because on the one hand you are directly in nature, on the other hand there is a small village near the cottage, which is why you are not completely secluded (great for a woman with a dog, especially if you have to go out the door again in the dark). And the two cute donkeys? They are still the cherry on the cake. Very clear recommendation! 🫶🏻
