Beautiful home in a beautiful city. Super close to downtown, walking distance.

Kaylan's cottage was very sweet and had everything we needed for a short stay. Bathroom/bath is lovely. Private and easy access, you will have no problems with checking in. We had a lovely time.

This home was perfect for our large group. Lots of space to spread out but also lots of seating at the table and in the TV room when we all wanted to be together. We had 14 people ranging from 81 years old down to 2 years old and there was something for everyone. Puzzles, toys, TV, outdoor seating to enjoy the beauty and a favorite - the pool table. Todd and Sophorn helped us feel at home in the house, provided SO many necessities - plenty of everything needed. This was greatly appreciated. And they brought donuts to us twice during our stay. The home is close to everything but outside the busyness of the city. We toured CMU, rode motorcycles in the desert and relaxed as a family at home. Safeway is just minutes away. It was all great. Todd was kind and friendly and helped us when there was a lacrosse ball situation. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was perfect! Beds were comfy. And scooter races on the long driveway brought joy. Fun times!

This place was perfect for our crew of 12 (three families)! Plenty of space for everyone, and the kids loved having their own area downstairs. Ample storage for all our ski gear, including access to the garage, made things super convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped for group meals, and the living spaces were cozy and great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend! Thanks Aric.

We had a great stay! The Rv was very well taken care of. The bunk room is big enough for a gaggle of kids. The king bedroom is very comfy. We loved all the dvds, recliners, and fireplace. They really thought of everything and it is stocked with anything you might need and/want. From coffee to headlamp, to swim towels and grill. The access to their orchard, pool and hot tub was extra amazing. They even had a fire set up ready to light. Beautiful surroundings, and very responsive hosts!

Scott’s home was perfect for our stay! Our group of 5 was here for 3 nights and we would stay here again. The views are phenomenal and everything was very clean.

This is a lovely home. It is one of our favorite hangouts when we come to the grand Valley. Palisade is a wonderful little town with lots of vineyards and lots of culture. The homemade ice cream is excellent and this house is definitely apart of this wonderful valley I highly recommend staying here.

Brookwillow Retreat was a very comfortable home for the week, in a nice quiet neighbourhood in a great location. Hosts were friendly and great communication, fast and efficient. I would most certainly stay again when in Grand Junction.

Such a cozy space! I only wish we stayed more than one night! Lots of space, awesome kitchen, loft area was comfy too. Pretty impressive amenities for a yurt.
