Beautiful and private villa

The apartment is very nice, located in the middle of the old town and has a small, wonderful terrace that is cool and quiet like a magnificent oasis in summer. The apartment is really very nicely decorated, modern and there is everything you need to be happy. Warm thanks to Alessandra!

Rustic very spacious studio, with garden and barbecue, fireplace and wood-burning stove, very comfortable bed, well-equipped and large kitchen. The house is located in the countryside, in a small complex of villas, very quiet and very close to the village of Suvereto, as well as one minute from a dairy with excellent products (Deiola). The only point of attention is the heating in winter: given the width of the house, in the winter months it is not enough to only turn on the air conditioner, but you also have to access the stove for a few hours. With a couple of hours of stove on, it's great in January too. We appreciated the availability of the wood.

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

we loved our stay here! the terrace is as beautiful as it looks on the photos. very well equipped kitchen! the ceilings are indeed quite low, but you get used to it. we would definitely go again!

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at Federica's house for a week in mid-October. Everything worked out great. Nice hostess, very helpful. Amazing location right on the beach priceless. We could swim in the sea at 22 degrees. Supermarket nearby, restaurants, pharmacy - all within walking distance.

Stefania was a perfect Host. Very clean and satisfying comfortable accommodation. we left our dog in the garden one afternoon and Stefania took care to check that it was fine. Everything was as described and with attention to detail!We will be back!!!

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

Lovely place, it's exactly as pictured. Keep in mind that you're halfanhour away from any activity. The apartment is comfortable, some accessories are missing (oven/microwave, clothesline, dishes counted for 4 people). The owner is very present, with impeccable hospitality. Excellent solution of the pool and garden that surrounds the farmhouse completes the typical location of the Tuscan countryside.

Everything worked out great. Communication with Kety was very good. The location of the accommodation is top, ideal for a flexible holiday in Tuscany. The only point for our group was the size of the space. For a family with 2 children, I can recommend the accommodation. But not for 2 families with a total of 4 adults. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

We stayed three families in the house, a total of 14 people, and we had a very nice and relaxing week. The house has two well-equipped kitchens that we could use when we had the house to ourselves. There's also a large hall with pool table on the ground floor. The garden is relatively large and well kept with good parking facilities. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and sofa and table under umbrella if you prefer the shade. The owner who stayed in a nearby house greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. She also had tips on activities and beaches in the nearby. Communication with Alessandro was excellent. Quick and good responses to our questions. Everything worked very well during our stay. The only minus is that the house is a little secluded and it takes you to have a car if you are going to get somewhere.

The accommodation is very pleasant, authentic, located in an exceptional setting, quiet with views of the Tuscan hills. Monica is welcoming and warm. Specific instructions for access to the house. We recommend!

Staying in Samuele's apartment was a great experience. Not only is the house itself very spacious, with a large living room, balcony, two bathrooms and two showers, but also the residence in which it is located is easy to access, with several parking and quiet (beautiful pool!). Ideal for a vacation on the Island of Elba and feeling at home. Communication with Samuele was always very fast and clear. In a month of stay we didn't have any issues. If we return to Elba Island, this apartment will definitely be the first choice for us!

Our stay on the island of Elba is to remember, not only for beaches and wonderful places, crystal clear waters and dreamy temperatures, but also thanks to the courteous and discreet presence of our hosts. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, the apartment is tastefully decorated, cozy and with everything you need. Paolo intervened promptly when the shower broke, which in a very short time was repaired and was like new for the rest of our stay. The location is a strategic point to visit the whole island, with every point of interest at a maximum distance of an hour. Marina di Campo, just minutes away, is a delightful center, with a wide beach and a beautiful promenade. Highly recommended! Thanks again to Mrs. Paolo and Grazia.

We spent almost two weeks at Lorenas great apartment and would be happy to come again. It's an idillic place for those who looks for solitude and calmness, and values privacy, beauty and simplicity. There are four little apartments in an large and beautiful garden, each separated and private. The guests are free to walk in the garden. One can drink fresh and clean water from the spring and occationally pick up tasty figues. The view to the see on the sunrise is breathtaking and worth of getting up very early to meet the sun every day. Lorena is a great, friendly and very responsive host and the teritorry is safe for children, as it is a closed territory. Our kids were very welcomed by Lorena and her beautiful mother. The party part of the island is remote, there some very decent and beautiful beaches near the place. In addition we will recommend to visit Fortezza del Giove (40 min walk) and Lageso Rosso, bloody red lake nearby. In short, a rare-find place to stay and great people!

Comfortable house, air conditioning, with a nice outdoor veranda for breakfast and dinner. Good quiet location in the countryside outside the hustle and bustle of the towns and beaches but close to both the north and south coast of the island. The friendly and receptive host lent us the cell phone charger we had forgotten. Have a great stay. All good

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

We had a great time. Family of 2 adults and 2 children, Francesco has always communicated with us through airbnb with punctual accuracy and above all kindness! Thank you very much! The house is as described, perfect for a few days at the sea, just a short walk from the square and the center of Porto Azzurro, and a short walk from the beach of the floor. Cute, with air conditioning that's no small thing. We'll be back

Thank you for the pleasant hospitality The apartment is very quietly located and yet you are in a few minutes in the lively village with all amenities and in 5 minutes on foot on the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We liked the fact that we were able to arrive by public transport. We will be happy to come back.
