In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. The apartment is really very central. It is only 150 metres to the tram. Tram no. 4 / 7 takes you directly to the city centre. The bus stop is one block away.
