Beachfront holiday rentals in Rotorua District

What a stunning location. Right on the water, view down the lake, quiet and private. Wonderful hosts with great communication. Authentic Kiwi batch, simple but comfortable accommodation. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Totally private and serene A beautiful home with great character A high spec kitchen and BBQ All of the bedrooms are individually dressed with en suites The grounds including spa and sauna are lovely Close to Rotorua and tons of outdoor activities We highly recommend and hope to return

This was one of my favorite air bnb stays! We loved staying right on Lake Rotorua and enjoying the sunrise each morning! Lauren and Sam had paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy the lake as well as a hot tub for relaxing! The unit was so cute and very comfortable! Lauren and Sam were great hosts and shared a long list of recommendations with us. Overall we had such a peaceful and relaxing time and would definitely book here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay and Ginie and Bob’s place. It really was originally a boat house, converted into a studio stand-alone apartment. A lot of thought went into making this small place suitable for guests. We adored all the breakfasts items Ginie provided for our three night stay. The banana bread and frittatas were standouts, but also lots of cereal, fruit, fresh dairy products and more. Outside, we enjoyed sitting by the lake after long days of exploring the area. So peaceful! Even duck food was provided for having fun with the ducks on the lake. There is a new spa that they welcome guests to enjoy. Our busy schedule didn’t permit us to take advantage of it, but I would prefer it to sitting in a sulfur-smelling spa in town. Ginie and Bob are genuinely kind and personable, if you have the opportunity to say hi.

We had a lovely long weekend at this classic kiwi Bach. The views are just stunning and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Sue was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us 🩷

This property is stunning. The location right on the water was perfect and especially with the two kayaks. The house was beautifully decorated and had a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

We had three families and grandparents stay at this beautiful lake house. It was a great place to stay with a large grass area, sandy beach and the lake for the kids to play. We also enjoyed using the kayaks. The house was amazing and well set up. We really appreciated the little details like the kids cups, plates, bowls etc! There were different seating options for dining (i.e. indoor or outdoor) and different lounge spaces (two in the main open plan area and another in one of the bedrooms).
