Another blissful stay at the Lake. One of the best locations in NZ and still feels like a secret. The lake and surroundings are beautiful and the property ideally placed to make the most of it. Lovely walks through the forest too.

Better than we expected, magical experience. Sarah’s guidance allowed us to make the most of the location using the kayaks, visiting the hot pools & surrounding area. We got to experience the real highlights & natural beauty of New Zealand which only this location could provide. Loved it! Supportive & lovely host, thank you Sarah.

We had a lovely long weekend at this classic kiwi Bach. The views are just stunning and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Sue was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us 🩷

My parents, husband, dog and I had a great one night stay here right on the water. Being able to use the kayaks was an added bonus so thank you for that! Super easy to find, access and friendly, responsive hosts. Would recommend and stay here again.

Milos delivered fresh fruit from his own garden, and even a smoked trout he caught himself. delicious!!!

Beautiful, convenient location! We used the grill one night and ate dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. Perfect!

Peaceful spot located in close driving distance to many of the activities we wanted to do in Rotorua. Hot tub with a view of the lake was a nice way to unwind after a busy day of exploring the area.

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Totally private and serene A beautiful home with great character A high spec kitchen and BBQ All of the bedrooms are individually dressed with en suites The grounds including spa and sauna are lovely Close to Rotorua and tons of outdoor activities We highly recommend and hope to return

We stayed five nights with our children (4 and 5 years). The location is perfect! It’s close to everything in and around Rotorua, but it’s located in a very calm, peaceful and beautiful place. We loved the house and the location right by the lake. We unfortunately had quite bad weather with lots of rain, but it was a really nice house to stay in even in bad weather. The house is very comfortable and have everything you need! Communication with the host went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!!
