It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. Lake Front with own Jetty-Quamby

The property is lake front with its own jetty. It is tastefully fitted out and is very clean and tidy. It has a huge deck which has lots of options of spaces to relax including a spa. Viewing the night sky from the spa at is highly recommended. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a huge garden and a path meandering down to the jetty where you can keep your boat during your stay.
