It had a great holiday at Christian's cottage. It is located on a very nice domain, quiet and among the trees. Where you can visit the animals. Christian made sure that we could easily find the road to the cottage. There was a nice bottle of fresh apple juice ready as a welcome. Christian is a very warm and nice host. The cottage is provided with everything you need to live a cozy and peaceful holiday, the fireplace makes it extra cozy.

We had a great time! The apartment is located in a quiet environment, perfect for resting. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The stove lit when we arrived was a much appreciated touch, making the atmosphere even more cozy. We would highly recommend this place to stay and will gladly go back!

Our stay went very well. We were 16 adults and 6 children, and the place was perfect. We were all able to sleep in a good quality bed with practically a bathroom in each room. The kids had a bedroom with mattresses on the floor, they loved it. There are many activities to do on site (swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball, pingpong, tennis, and lot of games), leaving the house there is a pedestrian path so ideal for a safe walk. The place is quiet. I highly recommend for stays for families or stays with friends. Thank you Christian for your kindness and welcome.

Romuald was a perfect host, the welcome was warm. Very easy communication. l apartment , super well located in the heart of old Rouen. Romuald gave us the right tips so that our stay in Rouen went as smoothly as possible. The apartment lacks nothing, the bedding is perfect. I recommend 100%

We had a really friendly time when introducing the listing. Sabine even pushed kindness to free us a car spot right in front of the house in which the apartment was located. Very nice accommodation as in the photos. A detail about cleanliness that's really nice. Responsive host and available for any request and a thank you for the bottle of champagne as a gift. I recommend it.
