Charmed by the location and the view from the terrace. Spacious space, clean, modern bathrooms. A fireplace in the living room. Longère at the end of a path, so very quiet, no car, morning silence, nature, alpacas...all contributed to make our stay a delicious moment. The icing on the Thalie cake, the owner, who welcomed us very well, always available, very warm and who offered us a moment of friendly sharing that undoubtedly makes us want to come back soon. I recommend to families and lovers (the spa...what a treat). And very good place to see places around. Thank you

We had a great 4 days at Valerie's! The house is spacious and very clean, the calm and the heated pool are a real plus. We made the most of the pool. The little touches for our dog touched us a lot. Valerie is a lovely and helpful person. This is the second time we have been back, and once again we have not been disappointed. This house is a pearl, for sure, we will come back! Barbara and Pierre's place is a small outbuilding adjoining their house. We spent one night there with my partner, everything was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Their property is very beautiful with a swimming pool and garden that directly overlooks the river. A really beautiful and calm place. We'll be happy to go back if we have the chance. We stayed at this place for 2 days and everything went extremely smoothly. Sandrine and Frédéric's welcome was excellent and the instructions were very clear. Nothing was missing, consistent with the photos and descriptions. The house is very well equipped and quiet. Everything was perfect and I recommend it 100%.

Renting for a business trip for the week, the accommodation is very clean, well-equipped, the bedding is very pleasant. I'll go back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Fabienne's accommodation is as described, very clean and comfortable. The house is built in a very beautiful garden and you can't find a quieter place ( it even seems like you can hear the grass growing!!). Very nice house and very welcoming hosts. There are plenty of things to do in and out of the house. Nice walk possible from the house. The house is extremely well equipped, especially in terms of the kitchen. One of the best Airbnb we've done amenity level. A big thank you to our hosts, super warm and not at all intrusive. We'll be happy to go back!!

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

Fabienne offers a real little cocoon. Comfortable, clean and super quiet. I wish I had enjoyed the garden a little more but I missed the time. I recommend it!

We were hosted very well by Fatima. She took the time to explain the different machines in this accommodation and to visit the different rooms. The accommodation was clean, very tidy and pleasant for a wonderful stay. The accommodation is also well located, close to shops and the center of Rouen. We had a great time and would recommend it a thousand times.

Excellent family stay, in a dream house, with top weather, which allowed us to enjoy the setting and the canoe! The recommendations for the fishmonger were very helpful! We'll be back!

These stays were very nice. The house is peaceful, comfortable and the garden was perfect for enjoying the sun with our little ones during the day and enjoying a barbecue between adults in the evening. The interaction with Jeannick was very friendly.

We had a great stay. We would meet to spend a quiet new year and spend 4 days together and that was all we expected! The house is large and the rooms spacious. The fireplace was really the most in this cold weather! I really recommend coming to relax and enjoy the walks around! Very good stay in Moulineaux. The accommodation is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and along a small stream. It is very well arranged. Note that you can't access it directly by car but you can park the car in the cul-de-sac while unloading then parking a few meters away. We were so lucky to have the sun with us! Hélène was very responsive in answering our few questions. It went very well.
