Our place is right on the beach, with close nightlife and the Warf, and other shopping and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the place because of the updated kitchen, beautiful view from the screened in patio, the comfy bed, and the touches of home and coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a community pool to relax and have a soak or simply enjoy the water of the ocean. Our place is for visitors that love private time with direct access to semi-private beach & pool, our condo is on ground floor exactly at center of the condominium with spectacular and privileged direct access to the beach just in front and pool to the left.

Rum Haven is located at 75 Sand Point Road in the beautiful, tranquil district of North Side, across the street from the world famous Rum Point Club. 10 minutes by boat to Stringray City with the Bioluminescent at the end of the cove by this unit. Kaibo Yacht club is located 1 mile away with the beautiful Crystal Caves and Botanic Park only 7 miles away. Kayak and hammocks available for guests to use.
