Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with billiards. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Holiday home, 10 pers, 5 rooms each with private bathroom, toilet and TV. Very nice valley view. Heated outdoor swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with wood stove. Covered terrace, BBQ, garden furniture. Free Wifi access. Arrival possible from 4pm, departure possible until late afternoon. Parties and drink parties are not allowed. We prefer to avoid youth groups. We ask our guests to respect our house, nature and tranquillity.

Luxury studio located in private nature reserve right in the city with a lake of 1 hectare. Fully shielded from the inhabited area. Very clean swimming water. 100% privacy. Nice BBQ and on a warm summer evening or a campfire in the winter! Easily accessible from central station and highway. Central location: Aachen, Maastricht and Belgium on a stone's throw away. Brunssumerheide and observatory can be reached by foot. Located directly on the Limburg cycling routes.

The privatized suite is located next to our house for a parenthesis for 2 in a country setting. Relaxation and nature at the rendezvous: sauna, shower, outdoor jacuzzi, terrace and deckchairs, garden table and access to the 1st floor of the duplex by a staircase: small kitchen, high table, corner sofa, large bathtub, king size bed, flat screen, voo decoder and Netflix access. For your comfort, bathrobes, flip-flops, bath towels, sauna towels, are at your disposal.

This completely new outdoor accommodation since May 2022, including private hot tub, is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker. In April 2023, this stay became even more unique due to the landscaped natural garden. Here you can enjoy everything that nature has to offer in peace and quiet. Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath- Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hiking on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From a private balcony you have magnificent views of the Rur. On site with us, you must pay us an overnight stay tax in cash from 01.01.2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be shared 1:1 with the Municipal Simmerath!
