Very nice hospitality from Florence. The well-located accommodation (the sea is less than 5 minutes walk away, restaurant nearby). I will go back without hesitation!

Garden level apartment, clean and comfortable, very well equipped, with a private parking space. Great location for beautiful walks: 5 min walk to Port Mer beach and coastal path, and 5/10 min drive to the center and port of Cancale. Beatrice gave us all the necessary explanations to make everything go smoothly and was very accommodating for our arrival and departure times. We spent a great weekend there.

We had a great stay at Philippe's. Accommodation matches the listing, very well equipped, clean and "feet in the water " peaceful. Philippe is very approachable and welcoming. Ideal for hiking and visiting the St Malo area, Brehat island, pink coast...beautiful! with 8 days of good weather for us!! I would highly recommend it

Clean and well-located apartment, a short drive from the train station. The host is very friendly and very kind. Flexibility on check-in and check-out times was much appreciated. I highly recommend it!

Clean accommodation with a large clothing rack to store everything. Very close to the large beach, shops within walking distance, large common land with private parking. Perfect.

What a pleasure to have stayed you for 2 weeks at Plage des Rosaires! The flower of lys offers a beautiful view of the sea, peaceful setting and well-deserved comfort ^^ even staying on a rainy day didn't bother us! I can only recommend it and I hope to come back soon:)

Very pleasant and attentive host. The accommodation is very well located in the immediate vicinity of the seaside promenade, with a parking space in addition.

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is in a very good location, and very clean. The owners welcomed us very well. No need for the car to get around, there are shops nearby. And nice walks to do.

Isabelle is a great host. Checking-in was easy and Isabelle provided detailed instructions. We were welcomed by her husband. She left us a bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolates as a welcome gift - very rare and much appreciated! The kitchen had all the cookware we needed. Parking is on the street and can be difficult to find a spot close to the apartment in the evening. Aside from that we really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment overlooking the large beach, we have private access, which allows access to the beach, to go to the city center which is 5 minutes walk, and close to the coast where you can take a walk along the cliff and the sea, there are very beautiful landscapes. Regarding the welcome, Patricia was great, she asked the time to explain the layout of the apartment and the functioning of the bed (too well, I slept very well) and all the appliances. I would recommend this apartment which is very well located on Dinard. The view at the 11 stage is beautiful, to see absolutely. Dinard is close to Saint Malo which can be reached by boat and Mont Saint Michel which is 50 minutes by car, I recommend going there early a little before opening. Very good stay.

Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the location is excellent, close to the beaches, and the view is simply extraordinary. The apartment, fully renovated, is well equipped and very functional. Véronique is very attentive and responsive. The only downside, in our opinion, is the price we found very high (€260/night, including fees, during the holiday season). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Functional accommodation, very well arranged and very well equipped. The location is ideal with magnificent views of Pointe de la Varde. Coastal path just steps away. Possibility to reach Saint Malo intramuros through the beaches in low tide. Caroline was considerate and always attentive. A perfect stay!

Absolutely PAR-FAIT! We knew the residence well because we had rented together the apartment just below. But Luc's really suits us 100%, for our family with our 3 daughters. The apartment is more spacious, better arranged and equipped with always this superb view, the perfect location, proximity to the 2 beaches and shops and restaurants, the private pool.
