Vacation home with private beach access.

Small getaway with friends to spend time together, in 2025. The setting was very suitable, both for the tastefully decorated small house and the surroundings. We really fell in love with it. We can only recommend Arnaud's little house if you want a quiet, warm and cozy place. We'll be back, for sure!

Elsa's house is modern, with a nice terrace and very comfortable bedding. Everything is as described The beach can be reached on foot without difficulty. Elsa is a very responsive host and she was very flexible on our arrival and departure, we thank her.

In the heart of the Ria

It is a very pleasant accommodation, close to restaurants and shops. From Pornic you can explore the coast very well. Pornic is an enchanting seaside resort where there is always something new to discover. It is not spectacular there, but very relaxing in a neat and quiet way. The car can be parked safely on the property, and you can get around easily on foot or by bike. The house has very good amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. If you can speak French, then you can enjoy the great comic collection. What bothered us a little was the drain in the bathroom. It smelled a little pleasant sometimes. But otherwise: Excellent! We would be happy to recommend the place and would also book there again if we go to Pornic again.

This place is a real little cocoon to get some fresh air in the area. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the terrace overlooking nature is a big plus and the essentials are there to spend a few days independently. The place is very quiet off-season, perfect for relaxing! There must be more life on site in season if you are not looking for isolation because the apartment is in a small condominium of several lots and close to other residences. Anne is a very considerate host with a good communicative mood. We thank her again for her special touch upon arrival which was enjoyed the same evening :) Note: the sfr network does not work on site. WiFi helps if you need connectivity, but if you need to stay reachable it could be a problem. (Bouygues seems ok)

mathilde's place was very nice and as described. our host was very nice even remotely and his place was perfect for our stay with my daughter who loved the nice touches of our host when we arrived . i absolutely recommended ☺️☺️

we spent Christmas week at Elodie's. The warm welcome and the many touches to make us feel at home (Christmas tree, chocolate, and an excellent local brioche) immediately helped us to unwind. The calm of the house and the walks in the neighboring state forest to get to the seaside completed an excellent week of rest and family fun!

We had a very nice weekend at this beautiful house for rent. From the moment we arrived, we were seduced by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The home is spacious, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The real plus of our stay was the heated indoor pool. It was a real pleasure to immerse yourself in the hot water, especially at the end of the day. The house is ideally located, offering both tranquility and proximity to local attractions. We also enjoyed the garden, perfect for family barbecues. In short, this home is a haven for a family weekend. We had a great weekend at Thierry's place. The accommodation is clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. It is very well located, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the customs trail, the coast is beautiful. Thierry was very welcoming, available and accommodating. We would not hesitate to return.

Had a very good stay in a new, secure and very comfortable apartment.. very well located near shops and the ring road.. it would be wise as discussed with the concierge to complete the kitchen utensils.. I recommend this accommodation ..

A small, bright apartment that is very close to the beach, is perfect for a few days. Well equipped, modern decor. We found places to park without great difficulty nearby. The place was generally clean. Mireille is very responsive to messages. I had a little trouble adapting to the bedroom mattress with closet, I am not used to sleeping on a hard spring mattress, only downside for me. I would recommend this host and listing.
