Nice recent blackmoutrine house. Comfortable, perfect for holidays for families or with friends. 3 bedroom house, close to market town

We just finished renovating this house just steps away from ours. This 3 bedroom family home and its lovely garden are 500 m from the market town and all its shops. The first beaches 25 km away and the proximity to major highways make it a good starting point for crisscrossing the department. The village is very pleasant (mill of Rambourg, Pottery, Golf) and 2 steps from the site of Piquet and start of hiking.
