Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake , the mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last unspoilt hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace on the garden and grandiose view. In the heart of beautiful Saint Gervais Les Bains, on a quiet road next to a medieval fort beneath the main town, The Old Stables are 2 minutes walk from the shops / restaurants. The house is totally renovated in the alpine style with modern amenities, 3 double / twin rooms (1 ensuite) and a loft room that sleeps 3/4 kids. The ground floor cave / kids play room is ideal for skis, bikes and suit cases to be stored. Free parking is 1 min walk and the telecabine to the ski area is an 8 min walk.

Ideally located 2 bedrooms house

This stylish and cosy newly renovated house with a large salon and two double bedrooms, with stunning south facing view over the Mont Blanc Massif, is a 5 min walk from the Brevent station. You can start your summer hikes just from your front door. It is an 11 min walk from the city center but it is advised to have a car for groceries as we live up the hill from the city. le Gaillands climbing area and lake are a 10 min walk. It is located at the entrance of the peaceful area of Moussoux.

Close to Geneva public transportation to downtown and highway to sky resorts. At the edge of a natural reserve, with a view on a lake and stunning Saleve mountain. Fully equipped home. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The house is officially classified "Meublé de tourisme" 4 stars. The house is unfortunately not accessible to guests with handicaps. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the house.
