Beautiful new DUPLEX, in the heart of the village. 1 minute walk from train stations: SNCF, bus and the main departure from the Tramway du Mont Blanc. A 5-minute walk from the park and thermal center. Access to the ski slopes of Saint Gervais les Bains, 7 minutes by car or shuttle from the bus station opposite the apartment. (Drop minute to gondola) Departure from the Mont Blanc express train that serves Les Houches, Chamonix, argentiere and Vallorcine stations. We have a rental car.

Modern cozy flat in the heart of the village

Recently renovated one bedroom apartment ideally located in a quiet street in the heart of the village. A 15 minutes walk to Le Bettex ski lift, It is close to all amenities including the tourist office and the ski school. The free shuttle to the Bettex ski lift is just down the road. (With a surface area of 39 m2, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (because the size of the sofa bed mattress is 140cm*180cm). The apartment also has a ski locker.
