Apartment holiday rentals in Saint Ives Bay

We stayed for 2 nights as a weekend escape and Geeta’s place was perfect for this. Very easy to use- clean, tidy, easy instructions and a good location. Within easy walking distance of the bustle, with shops and things nearby such as a useful Co-Op and a friendly traditional pub bar over the road! Great little shops, restaurants and a lovely cocktail bar (Seven) in St Ives and views to soothe the soul . Thank you Geeta

Chris was very kind and friendly and accommodation was exceptional. It is very rare to find such accommodation as it was probably the cleanliest I've ever been to, it had so many amenities and personal touches, it was in a nice area close to everything, and it was for a reasonable price! Some accommodations state they have fully-equipped kitchen, but this one REALLY has. Plus there were some seasonings, oil, vinegar, etc. Coffee and tea available, toasts, jams and milk in the fridge. In the bathrom it was the same, all the little things we need every day, it was there. Bed and bedsheets nice, clean and very comfortable. You have plenty of storage, sitting, extra blankets. This lady knows exactly what travellers need and have it all. We stayed only 3 nights, but it is suitable for longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay , Sabine is friendly, helpful and the flat is excellent. We would definitely stay again, it was an ideal base for our needs.

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

Really excellent space that a lot of love and care has gone into. We were completely comfortable here and contemplated relocating to Cornwall based on this Airbnb. Absolutely would stay here again.

A perfect stay in a fabulous location- the photos did not do the apartment justice- it really was quite perfect, well equipped and spotlessly clean. A short walk to pubs, local beach and shop, and a 10 minute drive to Eden Project . The most perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Would 10/10 recommend. Lovely hosts with lots of recommendations for things to do on the area.

David and Lizzie’s place is a true sanctuary for the soul. I have read in other reviews that the pictures on here do not make it justice and I couldn’t agree more. I loved how peaceful it was, and will certainly miss seeing all the robins, squirrels and other animals pass by the windows in the morning, all on an exploratory mission into the majestic garden. The cottage has quite a history having hosted numerous families and famous painters over the centuries. The garden at the back still has the same layout established in the nineteenth century and it is great to see all the various species of exotic plants grown by the various owners still thriving to this day. The cottage is perfectly located if you are travelling by public transport. This goes not just for train links in and out of Penzance, but also for local buses around the area and the Land’s End Coaster. Thanks a lot for all your tips guys, and for being so humane. We can't thank Daniel and Ross enough for being such lovely hosts. The apartment was fabulous and as described. A home away from home. A beautiful spot that is right in the centre of Mevagissey. Would highly recommend.

Lower Treetop’s was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, clean and warm. An electric blanket had been arranged but we didn’t need it. We loved the kitchen/living room arrangement, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you might need as well as tea, coffee and milk. The cream tea on arrival was very much appreciated. The garden is a glorious area in which to sit and relax with a morning cuppa or afternoon/evening glass of wine. St Micheal’s Mount and the sea can be seen from the patio. Tom was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including recommendations of places to visit we would not have otherwise known about. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little apartment to anybody.

Fantastic communication with Cameron & Julie... warm & friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The place was delightful, quiet and peaceful, and had its own little garden which was a plus! The surrounding area is beautiful. with lovely walks and a useful shop and tea rooms just a few minutes walk away. I had a wonderful few days and certainly would like to visit in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two weeks and had the most fabulous time. The apartment is exactly as described and is a delight to stay in. Everything you could possibly need and more…games, books and DVDs. We loved catching up on some old but fab films during our stay. The apartment is a downhill walk of about 30/35 mins to the main centre of Rock but about 10 minutes walk away are a bakery, deli/supermarket, fish and chip shop, cafes etc so you can get all you need without the car. We used the apartment to access the whole of Cornwall including Lands End and The Lizard. It’s a bit of a drive but easy to get there and back and spend loads of time exploring in a day. The Cornish weather did mean some rainy days so we were often wet and muddy on our return. As we were there in Sept, it would usually have been too early to put the heating on… but a quick message to Helena and she sorted everything so we were able to be super toasty and wash and dry everything. We chose it as it was near friends we were visiting. Local shops nearby, car needed for Morrisons etc and easy access to tourist routes. Train & parking to other resorts 10 mins away. Just what it said on the tin. A lovely Hobbit Hole, under their bungalow. Private entrance, low ceilings. Compact, everything we needed - cooker, fridge etc. Washing machine on request. Sylvia was very friendly and helpful. Would go again. Great value for money. Clean and tidy.

I have just come back from staying at Dave’s beautiful property for a couple of nights. I stayed there with my dog and partner and felt right at home straight away, the apartment is beautifully furnished and in the most perfect location if you want chilled days at the beach or to go and surf! I would definitely stay there again. Dave was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply to messages. An awesome host! Thanks again for a great stay Dave, I will 100% be recommending to friends.

I had a great stay, accommodating hosts and great communication. Easy access to town, and close to the station too. Don’t expect to cook anything at the flat, but the fridge and kettle are a nice touch. Would absolutely go back.

Me and my partner had a great stay at Wrens Retreat. Compact but very cosy and warm in the 2 degree weather we had! Ali was very responsive constantly during our stay, there was a slight issue with the toilet flush but it was fixed very quickly and without any fuss. Ali even let us get in a bit early and leave our bags there as there was no one checking in which was really great! Comfy bed, and ample storage, even a hair dryer! Had everything you would need for a little break away. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend! 👍🏻

We had a great stay! We wanted to spend a long weekend in Cornwall and this location provided us with an excellent base. The hosts were super responsive and really nice. Exactly as advertised and easy check in and check out. Would recommend to any future guests

Our family had a lovely stay here. the apartment is beautiful with great amenities. We had fun in the games room and hot tub and found Camborne a great base to explore Cornwall. Cathie was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely flat to stay in, very clean and everything there that you will need. Nice new kitchen which is well equipped. Plenty of hot water in the nice shower. Comfortable bed. Car park easy to access. Just be advised that if you choose to walk into town it’s very hilly. We did, every day, and our legs got a thorough work out. The walk is not for the faint hearted!

Georgie and Chris were great hosts, the hay loft is exactly as described and a beautiful place to stay. As others have mentioned, it’s peaceful and within walking distance of a lovely local pub which does fantastic food! Georgie and Chris had provided a welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and Prosecco which was a nice touch. The hay loft has everything you need for a quiet break, the hot tub an excellent addition to. Would highly recommend 😊
