Exceptional view studio Ocean parking pool tenni

The studio is conveniently located beachfront, with private direct access to Milady Beach. The residence is secure. The pool and tennis courts are private. The residence is a 30 minute walk to the city center. Buses take you there in 5 minutes but the walking and much more pleasant walk. 😊A Thalasso is located right next door to the residence. 5 minutes away is a golf course and a children's playground. The apartment has been completely renovated. The double bed in 140 is of great comfort, the sofa bed also . I hope you enjoy it!!

Apartment on the second floor, spacious second floor, crossing the dune dune, allowing walking access to the beaches of Penon and Le Agréou beaches, convenience stores, summer market, entertainment sites (skate park, Atlantic park) and close to the forest for walks or running under the pines. Well equipped, not overlooked, ideally located in the seaside resort and no parking problem. Feel on vacation! Attention: from June 29 to September 14, 2024: check-in and check-out, only on Saturdays
