Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Saint Johns River

Vanessa was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. Her place looks exactly like the pictures. Great location around everything. It only took 16 minutes to get to Disney. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I would book again when I come back.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Luke’s🙂💕 I was very happy and comfortable. This is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath., with a Balcony, spacious kitchen with beautiful hardwood floors! And, it was clean.😇💕 We could prepare our meals and do laundry when needed! Luke responded quickly to any question that I had. I will most definitely rent from him again in the future!

Overall, we had a great experience. Windsor Hills is a beautiful property with great amenities. We loved the pool area and my son loved the basketball court. The condo was as pictured and we had plenty of space. My 5 year old loved the decorations. The location to Disney World was wonderful. Our host was very responsive and informative. The condo was overall clean and clutter free. However, the floors were dirty and there was a musty smell when you walked in the unit. These aren’t dealbreakers for us and we would stay again.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. My 18 year old thought the Playstation was a nice touch! We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely book again if in the area.

My family had a wonderful stay! It was in such a prime location (extremely close to the parks) and exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable and the pool area was so fun for my toddler!

This was a PERFECT launchpad for many activities. We spent a day or two on site while sick and then were able to hit Epcot, Disney Springs, and Legoland. The game room was awesome, the movie theatre was awesome, and we loved the hot tub. Easy to get instacart orders. Thanks so much!!

Our stay was exceptional. The home is breathtakingly beautiful. Modern amenities, beautiful kitchen and exquisite decor. Indya was a phenomenal host. She was very responsive and patient with my questions.

Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

Very nice … In need of flash lights in case of power outage. It’s super dark with no lights. Besides ending our last night with no lights it was a great place to stay. No fault of any one …. Lights were out in the area.

We had an amazing stay! The themed rooms were so creative and fun—each one felt like stepping into a movie theme . The house was packed with activities for all ages, from swimming to private pool and movie nights to the game room. Perfect for families or groups looking for a fun and memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

One word to describe this home is “AMAZING!” Home is beautiful inside, better than the pictures. There was so much to do with family at this home that we barely left the house lol. We enjoyed movie night in the theater, karaoke moments in the karaoke lounge, breakfast on the balcony, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the heated hot tub. Kitchen is huge . I loved that every room had a theme and their own bathroom! The host is amazing and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Super helpful. My son enjoyed his birthday here celebrating with family. Universal about 35 minutes away. Community is clean and felt safe. My family and I will definitely recommend this home. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not have any disappointments. The only thing I regret is not booking for a longer stay. I can’t wait to come back. Definitely the best air bnb I stay at.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house has everything you need for a weekend getaway. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed every space in the home.If your looking to spend a great family weekend outside your home this is defenitely the place to get. We will for sure be booking this home again!

This place was very neat and clean. Tons of space. Great location. Lots of fun things to do in the house. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The host of the house was amazing to work, very friendly and so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place.

This was a great stay for our family of 5. Check in was easy and the place itself was cleaned very well before we arrived. The location was close to all of the theme parks and anything else we wanted to do.

Five of us stayed at Brian’s place for a few nights. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice and comfortable beds! Everything was EXACTLY as described. The amenities are great, we used the pool, the hot tub and the arcade area. They also have tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts. It is close to all the parks Orlando has to offer in that area. We had a car rental and we were able to park very close to the unit every time, a lot of parking space available. They have security to get inside the complex, we felt very safe. All the houses around the complex looked very nice and well maintained, very nice neighborhood. I reached out to Brian a few times and he responded very quickly and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Great place with 3 bedrooms and great amenities. Host was helpful to fix anything that came across with place and quick response at that. They next day mailed dish soap without me asking. Commendable and straightforward as well as great detailed direction on premises and check in as well as check out.

This condo worked out great for our family’s stay. It has everything we needed with our toddler, from a pack and play, a booster seat, lots of toys and books, and a lightweight stroller. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. It was awesome having the park and pool so close to the building. Only downside was we did have some noisey people above us. Thanks for having us!

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit

A perfect place for our stay while we visited some theme parks. A very clean unit in a quiet gated community. Uriel was very responsive with any inquiries we had. We would definitely stay here again.
