Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Saint Johns River

Everything was great and Carrie was very responsive. Had a little snafu in the beginning of the stay but was remedied quickly and the place was perfect. Bed was super comfortable and area was clean and quiet. There is a wonderful center with food trucks within walking distance!

I really enjoyed Johan’s place. I stayed in the guest house for an extended period of time and I felt comfortable the whole way through. She even asked if I needed more towels or just anything in general, which I really appreciated. I had a lot of privacy which, I love. I was able to come and go as I please and felt safe while I was there. 5/5 stars.

Taylor’s apartment was perfect for our quick one-night stay in Downtown Tampa. It is located close to much that the city has to offer.

My husband and I had a wonderful few days at Eileen’s wonderful apartment. She went out of her way to check in with us periodically to be sure all was well. The pool looked beautiful, but we happened to choose a few days with unusually cold weather in Florida. We loved how relaxing it was, close to everything. Thank you! We will surely come back when we are next in the area.

Inga's place is exactly as pictured and she is a joy to work with, quick response to any questions . I would highly recommend her place to anyone staying in Palm Coast area. By far the best stocked condo I've ever stayed at. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Palm Coast. 5 star place for less than local hotels charge, you won't be disappointed with Inga's place.

We booked this stay for a last minute trip to visit friends and it was wonderful. Regina was a great host and her place was the perfect location for our trip. Crystal river was beautiful.

Making a small space functional is an art that few people know how to accomplish. Kat excels at it. This is the nicest studio I have ever stayed in and I'm an Airbnb veteran. She thought of everything, obviously realizing that the details count: sufficient lighting, plentiful outlets, all cooking supplies and utensils, and small but helpful touches like a small step ladder to get to the upper cupboards and a good supply of spices. The bed is super comfortable. On top of all that, the space is beautiful. Kat is a super friendly host. A highlight is the dock just across the road by the tranquil Indian river where I had my tea every morning.I got to see two dolphins and a manatee!

The place was clean and private. it was definitely worth the price. Check in was super easy and the host is very responsive. You get a little unit of the house all to yourself, so there’s no interaction with any of the other guests bc it is completely blocked off. The host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Tampa looking for a comfortable place to stay at night!

Bob was a great host. Very clear instructions. Very friendly and responsive. His place was located in a very quiet neighborhood, and is equipped with anything and everything you can imagine or need for your stay. The very unique and colorful deco made us smile as we walked through it. Very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay at!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well stocked! Kashmira was so nice and was always there to help with any questions I had before and during our stay! If we didn’t have something we wanted she went out of her way to get it for us! The neighbours were very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommended this home..you won’t be disappointed!

Frankie was a top notch host from the start. She made everything very easy during our stay. The house was such a great space for our friend group with kids. The outdoor patio and pool was everything we wanted. The house is so cozy with a well stocked kitchen. Frankie was so sweet to add her own personal touches like some treats in the fridge and we were able to check in early. We would love to come back again!!

Great place to get away for peace, quiet, and relaxation!

When we first arrived we were immediately surprised by the home being even more beautiful in person than the photos. 🏡 As you enter the home you are greeted by a welcome feeling of comfort. This home truly felt like a home away from home. Not only was the location perfect, but every detail of the property was well thought out for guest’s enjoyment. From the pool floats to enjoy with the pool, to board games to play on rainy days, or even the lovely espresso maker in the kitchen. There was also plenty of towels and toiletries, which is not always common but appreciated. There isn’t one thing we needed that we didn’t already have there. The putt putt golf was a blast to have in your own back yard as well.🏌️‍♀️⛳️ The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We are already planning our next trip! Oh and I can’t forget to mention the massage table in the master suite. That was a treat to have as well. All in all I will absolutely rent this property again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dorys place was perfect for our trip to Daytona 500. She was so sweet and had anything you may have needed! Even a portable charger when my phone died!! We actually got to hang out with dory which has never happened with any other host and she was so much fun!! She is an amazing host and her home was so comfortable and clean we couldn’t have asked for more!

Brian's place was just what we needed. Spacious, comfortable and very clean! We had everything we needed! Brian was a great host. We definitely recommend staying at Brian's!

everything was great with the one exception of not having a door on the 2nd bedroom. having a curtain on that doorway or something to have some privacy would have been nice to have. besides that. the place was spotless, beds were very comfortable, Paula was friendly and the place fit our needs for the week just fine. we would come back for the daytona 500 next year.

Dawn was awesome she knew we were coming out for my son’s radiation treatment and even offered a few extra days if we needed. We appreciate her very much 🙏🙏

This place was perfect for us. Right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise walks to the pier. It had everything we needed - and Staci was super friendly too. Definitely recommend.

You can want for nothing when you stay at aqua dreams! The hosts have thought of everything. Beautiful condo, clean, great location and amenities in the resort are wonderful. If there on a Saturday night try Tradewinds (on site restaurant) and karaoke!

Loved the place. Close to beaches . Ate right there in European village and enjoyed the balcony very much. Will def be back

Kelly was a very good host -- place was clean, comfortable, and had just about every possible extra touch you could think of (snacks, beach towels, extra tooth brush, etc.). There was even a slight issue during check in (beyond Kelly's control), but she communicated very effectively and openly, and even offered a partial refund without us having to ask/complain for it. Some other reviews mention that the noise from the street is loud, which is true, but we found it to be less bothersome than the reviews made it seem. All in all, would stay here again for sure!

This was our first time in New Smyrna Beach and we are already looking forward to coming back. Kim’s property had wonderful views of the beach - which is also a very short walk across the street! The condo was very clean, accommodating, and stocked!! We felt right at home and enjoyed Thanksgiving here!!
