Very nice apartment and above all very conveniently located. We had a very pleasant stay there for New Year's Eve. The welcome was nice. Recommended.

Firstly Patrick was great to deal, he was very responsive and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Patrick met me at the apartment and took me through all the required features and provided great local recommendations. The apartment is spacious and is in the best part of La Rochelle, you walk out the front door and you are right in the restaurant area and only a few minutes walk to the markets and town, you couldn’t get a better location. Despite being right where the action is the apartment is completely noise free and you are guaranteed a great nights sleep. There is a good oven, kitchen things, washing machine and dryer, basically everything you need for a stay. I highly recommend Patrick’s place, it ticks all the boxes.

Very good stay as a couple in this well designed, well-equipped and ideally located accommodation with stunning views of the small port of St Martin de Ré! Everything is there for a total disconnection: the walking or cycling tours as well as the sunsets on the small port just beautiful! I recommend it +++

Overall we had a nice stay at Melanie's. The house is new, spacious and above all very well-equipped. The host was very responsive. Nearby: beach and forest for pleasant walks. We recommend this place to stay for a few quiet days.

We stayed with 6 adults, a three-year-old and a 4-month-old baby. Warm welcome. Spacious house as described. Tree garden. Both beaches are nearby and you can walk there very easily in a few minutes. Comfortable bedding. The two terraces are really a plus to have your meals outdoors or relax in peace. We recommend it unreservedly.

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

We had a great time at Sarah's home. The cottage has everything you need and is very nice. The decor has been tastefully done on an oceanic term. The bedding is comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The small garden is a real plus for eating on the terrace or for doggies. The residence is quiet and secure, only a 10/15 minute walk from the city center of La Flotte and the journey is along the ocean 👌🏼 Sarah's explanations for check-in and check-out are very clear. The underground parking space is great. Nothing to say about this place except that everything was perfect.

Very nice accommodation, well decorated, well equipped. Very close to the port of St Martin, free parking (off-season) very close to the port. Clear instructions by host. Very responsive host. Not enough hot water to take a shower and a bath… a shame. Cleaning fee is expensive compared to what he asked us to clean in the space (sweep) as well as take out the garbage.

Pauline is very accessible , responds quickly and gave us good tips for visiting, place to be redone and recommended without any problems.

We can only recommend this place. Public parking just opposite the apartment which is very convenient. The accommodation is very well located, well arranged and the sauna is a real plus! The many baby amenities are very convenient for a few days stay. Xavier was very responsive and accommodating, thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

This apartment was in a perfect location for a three day visit in La Rochelle. Patrick let us check in an hour early and was great at orienting us to the apartment and the easy and picturesque 15-20 minute walk into town. He made suggestions for restaurants, our favorite of which was i’seo. He was available at all times if necessary. Parking/access was easy. Beds were comfortable and the view was appreciated. All was great during our stay.
