Quiet and rest assured, 2 steps from the old port, market, train station, hospital, aquarium. A living room gives access to the open kitchen, which opens onto the south-facing balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Nice studio, heated pool and terrace

Nice studio located in La Flotte en Ré in a serviced apartment with heated swimming pool (from the end of May to the end of September) Original with its loft bed (140x190), it has a second bed BZ(140x200) and therefore sleeps 3/4 people . Very bright and with a high ceiling, it is on the 1st and top floor. It has an equipped kitchen. The bathroom (shower) and toilet are separate. It features a small private terrace facing south, with garden furniture.

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided. Household linen not provided-Possibility to rent on request.
