Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Yrieix-sur-Charente

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

We had a wonderful stay with our hosts Sandra and Vincent who welcomed us as their family, they were very attentive throughout the stay, so much so that we stayed 2 more days. Since the accommodation originally booked is not available for our extra holidays, they have provided us with a caravan, a tipi and an entire garden set guaranteeing us maximum comfort, we are subjugated by their kindness and dedication. A HUGE THANK YOU Sandra and Vincent for all these everyday touches, we already miss you as well as Bart and Yop 🐶 🤗🥰

Genius !!! We were a couple with 2 children aged 4 and 22 months. The accommodation and its amenities were great for us: large garden with games, a pool and 1 very nice hot tub. Hosts are considerate and responsive without being intrusive in a true Airbnb spirit. In short, a nice discovery where we will come back without hesitation and that we recommend without reservation.

Listing with everything you need for one or a few nights in the area. Convenient outdoor private space, large parking right in front and large bedroom to put a baby bed if needed. Finally, Florian is accommodating and responsive which is all the more pleasant.

We thank Vincent for hosting us in his apartment. He was very flexible because we changed the time of our arrival several times. Her apartment is perfect and as described. It's a bit expensive, but maybe it's related to festival rates. We recommend this property!

Jem's place is fantastic. It's rustic and quiet and was the perfect place to rest and recuperate while also giving us the opportunity to go on some great day trips to surrounding towns and villages.
