Absolutely perfect for our party of 7 with two small children. The gite was clean with decent sized rooms, four bedrooms, three bathroooms, kitchen, dining room, dining terrace. Kitchen was very well equipped. Outside was a dining terrace for 9 with BBQ. The shared pool was excellent with sun loungers for everyone on the site. The large garden had children's swings/slides, bikes, table tennis, football and badminton. There were so many toys and games available (indoor and outdoor) that our children were never bored. Isabelle and Sebastien were very friendly, helpful and even gifted us a good bottle of wine on arrival. The gite is out in the countryside and 3 miles from Mortagne-sur-Gironde which had a great boulangerie, small coop and a pizza restaurant. Big supermarkets are 13-15 minutes away. Beaches at Messchers (15 minutes) and St Georges du Didonne (20 minutes) . The gite terraces are side by side with thin separating hedges, so a quiet time can't be absolutely guaranteed.

"Comme à la Maison " Comfortable holidays!

We had a pleasant stay, as a couple, in Françoise's house which is welcoming and attentive. Everything is perfect, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The kitchen is open and very well equipped. All openings, kitchen window, and large floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric roller shutters. The outdoor terrace, not overlooked, allows lunch in the sun. The private space in front of the house which is in a cul-de-sac allows you to park a car. The area is very quiet with a bakery 600 meters away.

Beautiful place. A pretty house with beautiful decoration and very functional. Everything is well thought out. Even a nice decorated tree, a table runner and light garlands were waiting for us, as well as treats. Thank you Messaline for her kind attention. If you like calm, nature, seaside walks, this is the perfect place.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. We were three families of 4 and we didn't step on each other's toes. The accommodation is very large, clean and super well-equipped, there is something for everyone and everyone. We would all come back without hesitation.

A very peaceful family stay for Christmas. Very good recommendations on places to visit and a delicious pineau in the fridge as soon as we arrived (don't hesitate to taste the rest of their production, we were impressed) thank you Dolorès for your welcome as well as your husband. The accommodation is spacious, really very well equipped whether in the kitchen or bathroom. In summer, the terrace must be a real asset! We'll come back without hesitating!
