It's my second time at Enrico's appartment. It was great as always. in winter it's warm and nice. you even don't need to use AC. Always clean and well organized, you have everything you need in appartment. If you have any questions, Enrico gives you solutions extremely fast. Highly recommended

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

Staying in “house campo” was like having your own little house in the woods but with the right proximity to the city. Highly recommend

Rita and her husband were very helpful and were there where we needed them. There was a low WiFi signal in the living room and front yard, 10 minutes after I texted Rita her husband came with an additional WiFi repeater and fixed the issue. When he came to visit I apologised for the clutter me and my family had in the living room and Rita's husband reply was priceless: "This is not a hotel, if you have clutter in the living room and kitchen, it means you feel at home - that's what this place is all about" , in deed it felt like home !

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

Very nice little house with small garden behind. An environment that is inviting for hiking. The dogs can let off steam. No one felt disturbed. We would gladly go on vacation here again. Thank you for everything.

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

The view from the balcony and the garden with pool is a dream. The garden is completely unfenced, so our dog could feel completely comfortable here and could romp around without hesitation. Marta is a super sweet and accommodating hostess. She always responded very quickly, gave us valuable tips and fulfilled every issue. The location is great, in 5 minutes' walk you are on the promenade and many larger cities are nearby. The house is equipped with everything needed. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We immediately felt comfortable!! Serge (co-host) was always easily accessible, explained everything to us well, the house, an old renovated farm from the area, was brilliantly beautiful and contemporary. The beds were very pleasant and we all (8 people) immediately felt comfortable and spent three wonderful days inland on Lake Garda. Thanks again to Serge and his entire team. It is our second time in San Felice del Benaco in this cosy place. We spent again a great family time between hiking, swimming in the lake and the pool, visiting Verona or some nearby waterfalls. That’s really perfect spot to be! We love it and this year A/C made a stay even more comfy during heatwaves. Definitely to recommend to all.

House with every comfort, clean, tidy, I could say: it seems to be at home. Very friendly and helpful host. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We had great holidays as family with two children.

We felt immediately welcome, Fausto picked us up on the road, the steep driveway is an experience. The pictures and description correspond to the property and surroundings. There are no restaurants and shops nearby, even the beach. A mobile base is therefore highly recommended. Furniture a little older, but everything clean. Everything was there that was needed by us, only a fan would have been in the heat, no day under 28 degrees, at night no day under 20 degrees, the icing on the cake. A bathroom with bathtub is located at the top of the apartment, the 2nd with shower downstairs in the annex of the garage, accessible through the apartment by stairs. Fausto was always available, which we did not have to use. Thank you Fausto, it was a lovely, relaxing holiday in your house.

Beautiful views, private, peaceful and a great location to explore the different towns around the lake!

We spent our honeymoon at Vanessa's place. Despite arriving late, we were received very warmly by her. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We were able to contact Vanessa anytime with any questions. We didn't miss anything and the apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. The view of the lake is simply indescribably beautiful. We enjoyed this the most, as well as the small garden with the sun loungers. The apartment is very quiet, but you are quickly in the village and can have dinner, shop or take an extensive beach walk to Malcesine. Only since the apartment is a little above, you should be good on foot. We will definitely be back and remember our fantastic honeymoon. Thank you to Vanessa and her family ❤️

Laura is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the days at her home. We loved the hot tub there. There are many high rating restaurants near by. Just few mins walk, that’s really convenient. We also walked to the Castle and enjoy the great view of the Lake.
