Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Salsomaggiore Terme

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Samantha was a fantastic host who was extremely accommodating. She let me leave my bag at the place, which was extremely helpful given I had a morning activity past checkout. The place itself was beautiful and was well taken care of. The AirBnB is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town and is a quiet area. Would definitely recommend this AirBnB!

Thanks to our Host, who allowed us to spend a week in an apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities, like at home. Quiet and convenient location for getting around, nearby there are also supermarkets and a practical coin-operated laundry. He welcomed us on arrival, providing us with all the information we needed to experience the house and its surroundings. Thanks, it was a pleasure.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. A little away from the hustle and bustle but in 15 minutes on the beach, the Dopper-story apartment with its own kitchen offers a super relaxed stay. - 15 min to the beach by car - nice and cool and quiet - very friendly host with sufficient English skills - super value for money We can only totally recommend it!

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

House surrounded by greenery and tranquility, the host Daniela is very kind and always available but not intrusive. There's everything you could need. Ideal to unplug and relax in nature for a few days. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent stay between Modena and Parma, very close to Reggio d 'Emilie. Apartment in a residential area, very quiet, bright apartment, very well equipped, clean, balcony and plenty of storage. And running from the park! We'll be happy to come back to visit Bologna. We highly recommend it.
