Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Salzburg

First of all, it was the cleanest airbnb property we ever stayed in. It's located perfectly, spotless clean, had absolutely everything needed for us. Roland is a top notch host, funny and we instantly kind of clicked. We like to get our own groceries, and we had a car, however, for people who do not like to go grocery shopping or don't have a car, fresh bakery goods daily for a minimal symbolic fee is great. Also, the prices of drinks in a mini bar and coffee are also symbolic, as well as extra towel change and laundry. It's comfortable, warm and peaceful. It was our first year in Schladming and due to a vast size of the resort, we only scratched a surface, however, we already made a booking for next year and we are coming back for more.

We felt completely comfortable and felt very welcome. The contact and communication with the hostess, even in advance, went quickly, directly and smoothly. She was always responsive, helpful and responded to our needs and met extra requests like a late check out. A beautiful, bright, spacious and fully equipped apartment with sauna in the house. It was also great that the Zell am See - Kaprun Sommercard was included. We can fully recommend the apartment and thank you again for the great stay.

Very helpful host. Location was good, and amenities were great. Easy check in / out. We had access to swimming pools and saunas, which was great after a days activities in the mountains. You can reach the ski lift with in 10 minutes walk. Kitchen had everything what we needed for the duration of our stay. Will recommend this place to my friends and probably will be using Xenia’s place again if I’ll be in the area.

Very well located apartment, very close to the ski school and chairlift. Possibility to book breakfast and dinner in the attached "hotel" is a great opportunity. The breakfast is highly recommended. Also, the apartment is cleaned daily for this reason. Great plus! We were very satisfied, also with the communication of the hostess

We had a wonderful holiday in the mountains with Roswitha and her family. A beautiful apartment very quiet location with a stunning view from the balcony. That's exactly how we imagine our vacation. For the children, there are many play opportunities, rabbits and a very well-kept pool. We also enjoyed the breakfast service (wide selection of fresh rolls of sausage and cheese). There are many great excursion destinations nearby for families, restaurants and a supermarket that is open 7 days a week. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place, we stayed long term and had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable beds, clean and warm(I thought would be cold with those big beautiful windows :) but was warm) Very good internet for remote working. Short trip by car (15 -20 min)to ski in: kaprun/zell am see/ kitzbuhel area/ weissee uttendorf Nill family was extremely nice and welcoming and made our stay just like home! Thank you for hosting us and I hope to return soon!

Wonderful place to stay - the most beautiful mountain view you can imagine. The morning greeting by cows, dogs, cats and fresh air will be missing. It is spacious, light, warm, very! comfy beds ... perfect all around. The driveway is absolutely fine, but snow chains are definitely really important. The great location makes up for the slightly longer drive. We preferred the emerald railway about 14 minutes away in Bramberg, as less crowds and a little more modern; a great ski resort even for bloody beginners awaits you in the winter.

We enjoyed staying here. It had just enough room for my family of 5. The host was kind enough to provide us with two cribs for our babies. The flat was well furnished and in a perfect location to explore the city. Everything was clean and well equipped to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. We will stay here again if we are ever back in Salzburg.

Wonderful stay in Gosau! Gorgeous surroundings and very accurate description of the room. Truly clean and spotless and all the amenities one could need!

We were already in the Gosau for the fourth time in a row during the semester holidays. We almost feel at home in the accommodation. As always, everything worked out wonderfully and Petr was always available quickly and reliably. The apartment is on the first floor and everything is as shown in the photos. In the basement there is a beautiful sauna area with relaxation room and swimming pool. If you want, you can have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, which of course is extra to pay. But it's an advantage to have variety. We particularly enjoyed the ski week again.

Excellent rental immediately close to OBB station. Remarkable and modern interior. Excellent bedding. Perfect hospitality for hospitality employees. Sufficient parking space and garage. Very good restaurant with delicious dishes. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay in a peaceful part of town, still walkable to the old town, with lots of public transport nearby. Very well equipped, our group of 5 fit comfortably. Our hosts were very communicative
