We had a few hours but we felt very comfortable! The guys were quick to respond and were always very accommodating. The house is super comfortable and all rooms have air-conditioning. It was very easy to check in and out. There was peace of mind and security. Shopping Mariano was only a few blocks away. We'll definitely be back.

We loved the apartment, with all the necessary amenities. The photos don't do it justice. Very well located . Close to everything . We will definitely be back. They even have a patio behind , very nice and with a good grill. and a beautiful balcony .

the apartment is very nice, the place has easy access by car, it is close to the airport and Parque Ñu Guazu. It is not an area for walking at night.

From the first moment Lala was offered as a great angitriona in her house, I answered all the questions and asked questions, since we went from Argentina. The house is large, comfortable and has all the amenities you need to spend a few beautiful days. Without a doubt that if we have the opportunity to return, it is to the house that we would go without a doubt. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Lala!

The place is excellent and easily accessible, just 200 meters from the route and. 5 minutes from Downtown. The house was clean, tidy and fully equipped, the manager helped us with everything we needed. Recommended to have a good time, especially for large families.

We had a great weekend at Maria José's house, she is always proactive and willingly available, friendly. The house is beautiful and I felt right at home my family and I. We hope to come back soon, 100% the experience is recommended. Cheers Joel

Beautiful and spacious house to enjoy with the family! Many activities to do, the owners are very attentive to every detail and to the care of the house. We were touched by cold days and were able to use the fireplace, which was sensational. There is a stream in front of the house and the patio is very well cared for. We'd like to come back another time! Thank you very much Ismael for the excellent service.

During the month we were in Asunción we felt at home in this apartment, especially we loved the pool. Valentín was the best host we have ever had!

I worked remotely from here for one month while exploring Asuncion. Overall, it was a good experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to the historic center. The building is a little older and the common areas could be maintained a little better (the front door especially was hard to unlock/open). It may have been bad luck, but there was one half day without electricity and one day where I had no water from 9-6 (plus a few brief 1-2 hour cuts to the water service). The unit has most of the basics for cooking very simple meals.

Excellent option if you go shopping, close to shopping, safe area and good dining in the area.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

It is recommended to everyone, I arrived at the site, impeccable cleaning, safe place, with a 24-hour porter, always attentive and whoever comes in, very good to sleep calm and a lot of tree around, perfect air conditioning, I will be back soon...

Great place to stay that resembles a hotel. The apartment itself has everything you need for a long stay. There are many different entertainment on the territory: swimming pool, gym, courts, barbecue areas. There is a small shop right on the property. There is a large wholesale food store in front of the complex. The city center is 45mil gr and 40 minutes by taxi.
