Sand Dollar Inn is a great place to stay if you stay someplace with a peaceful 10 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. I felt like I was on retreat. It's situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, great for birding. The kitchen is well equipped. It is located conveniently in the Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The hosts were available for questions. It is a great place for pets and kids.

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's charming Backyard Beach House for the third time, and felt at home there. We find it restful to stay in this quiet neighborhood. It's always nice to communicate with Barbara and Ken, as they are readily available if we have questions or requests. We consider this house a gem of a find. Thank you again Barbara and Ken for contributing to our lovely vacation.

From start to finish we felt very welcome. The house was exceptionally clean and very creative, with everything we needed. The huge yard was fabulous, even out of season. Olga is a very experienced and dedicated host, and she continually looks for ways to please her guests. We were in town to visit family and Olga's place delighted everyone from our 1 year old (great toys! chickens!) to 64 years (bicycling fun and meals in the garden).

I rented Polina’s place for my daughter and toddler grandson during their visit to the area because my husband and I did not have room for them to stay with us. It was an excellent choice - a lovely well maintained unit on the grounds of Polina and her family’s home in the hills above Walnut Creek. Very peaceful area, yet close to downtown and transportation options. Polina was so kind and helpful, the unit has everything one would need for a short stay in the area. Highly recommended and a good value for the area.

I need to watch TV from the bed which is perfectly set-up at the lovely cottage. I really enjoy the Keurig Coffee which is a piece of cake to make. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful.

great ADU for a week long work trip! I was a solo traveler and the place was perfect for me. in a really cute neighborhood and felt completely safe the entire time. would definitely book this spot again!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely surrounding. Suzanne is an amazing host. She is very responsive and helping. House is beautifully decorated, so is the surrounding. Kitchen is nicely stocked. She offered to lend her saucers and sleds which the kids enjoyed a lot on the Tahoe snow! We missed the puzzle factory tour but the kids would love to visit it next time. All in all a beautiful stay and we would love to be back.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Leslie’s place. The blooming wall of Jasmine set the tone, and even though we were in the middle of Mill Valley, we felt like we had arrived in a magical nature sanctuary. We felt very welcomed, relaxed and at home. The environment whispered words of kindness and care. We would definitely return!

This place has a great view of the lake at a great price. the host was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. We found it to be an ideal spot to stay roughly halfway between Sacramento and wine tasting in Anderson Valley.

I enjoyed my stay at Mary Lee and David’s place. It was perfectly located for my purposes, affording easy access to both the East Bay and Marin. The place is well appointed and clean, the entry through the backyard pretty, and the neighborhood charming. They were great hosts - available, but not hovering, their communication clear and timely.

This little house was great. It had a lovely feel to it, with simple clean decor. The pool was beautiful and had a table to dine at as well as several comfortable sitting areas. The pool house is a studio, with a big fridge and a nice bathroom with a beautiful shower. The bed is a Murphy bed, but was as comfortable as a normal bed, and all linens were provided. The area is an easy 5-10 minute drive (closer to 5) from Napa downtown and a similar distance the other way to food and essentials shopping. Our stay was a real treat.

This little studio apartment was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. It was spotlessly clean, but no strong perfumes or scent of cleaning products. Amethyst was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. The internet was fast. The bed was so comfy, it was hard to get up for our early start

This place was so beautiful, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Perfect location close enough to restaurants, and lil shops!! Just away enough out of the city, but not to far out. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice cozy easy place to get to. Also my wife’s 50th birthday and I asked him to do something special for her birthday and he put out a birthday banner and a bottle of champagne!!

We really enjoyed our time at Valerie and Charles's place. Charles welcomed us upon arriving, offering to help with bags and answer any questions we might have. The place was as described, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with snacks and a few options for meals which was very much appreciated after a day of cross-country travel. The pastry delivery on the first morning was a really nice treat. Wonderful stay and we would absolutely look to stay here again if in Ukiah.

Alexi was great. Answered questions in a timely fashion and checked in frequently to see if there was anything we needed. Location was excellent, walkable to town. Parking easy and in front of entry. Studio was clean and bright, a good size for 2 adults. Bed was really comfy. Hot tub and sauna steps from the front door. Walk to abode not for the faint of heart but good if traveling light. Nice garden area to view. All in all a wonderful stay and fabulous trip to quaint Petaluma.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Pedram's place and every time is perfect. Pedram is super easy to communicate with and responsive. The place is exactly what I want and has excellent appliances and layout.

Quiet neighborhood and very private. Parking is right outside the place which made it so convenient in loading and unloading. I stayed with my husband and two kids so parking close by made the trips to the car so easy. Loved the private balcony, it was perfect to sit outside and drink coffee in the morning or for a late night drink. Pictures and description match and Jacob was friendly and responded in a timely manner. I would stay here again.

My husband, daughter and I loved our stay at Carissa’s place. It was so quiet, comfortable and peaceful. And the chickens were the best! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area visiting family!

Christina’s place was perfect. Everything was as described in the listing. The views of San Jose were amazing. This is a very good location with security, inside a gated compound. We totally loved our stay here and will recommend Christina’s place to friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you Christina and Chris for hosting us!

We really enjoyed staying at Yao's place! It's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood while also being conveniently close to many great restaurants and other parts of the South Bay. The space is spacious, superbly clean, and has all the amenities one could ask for. Yao was a friendly and responsive host, and we would definitely stay again!

Great host, very quick to respond the place was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there and will be definitely looking forward to staying here in the future as well five stars highly recommended!

Nice and convenient to Harbin Hot springs. close to grocery and a few restaurants. Nice country area with great view of mountains and horses. Peaceful except for a bit of road noise, but it wasn't too bothersome. We would have appreciated some better quality bathroom towels, washcloths, more dishtowels etc. Jakob responded right away to questions about heater and lack of washcloths. He brought some wash cloths over with an hour. overall, very nice stay. Would recommend this place as good value.

The space is accurately described. It is very private, a modestly sized one bedroom duplex with everything you need like washer dryer and full kitchen amenities. I liked that it was so close to the beach and restaurants too, we had Tramonti and it was great. If this is available during my next vacation I will definitely try to reserve it again

This is my happy place! I've stayed here multiple times and can't wait to come back. All the best things in the world within reach - ocean, beaches, hiking, biking, great weather, close to restaurants and cafes. The cottage is delightful- comfy clean and private and a stone's throw from everything in Santa Cruz. Thank you Khristina!
