Lisa’s home Was Everything and more. Super clean and comfortable. We (5) stayed (3) nights over Christmas and the home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were great with plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking any meal. The beach is just steps away from the, and the views of the beach and surf from the house are amazing! There was hardly a soul on the beach while we were there and we walked for miles enjoying the birds, seals and seashore. We even got front row seats from the home of some great surfers who were being towed-out the amazing waves! This is a special place and we hope to return here. This development is gated and has a very remote feel, yet you’re only 20 mins to Monterey and Carmel.

Cozy stay just steps away from downtown. Has everything you need from a comfy bed to washer, dryer and a full kitchen. Loved the location and felt safe.

Kim's place was extremely conveniently located in Santana Row. Her home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. She is a most responsive host and available whenever we needed her. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and conveniently located close to great restaurants and shopping as well as major highways, look no further.

I really liked the room— the bed was very comfortable, and the host, Mary, was incredibly nice. The kitchen was exceptionally clean, and it had everything you could possibly need. Parking was easy, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay and would highly recommend it!.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

Debbie and Mitch's spacious condo is a comfy and convenient place to stay when in Capitola. My family of 5 (three little kids) felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was equally easy. Our kids loved the assortment of board games, and the variety of sand toys for the beach. The hosts truly thought of everything a family might need for their stay, including a kitchen well-stocked with all the tools for cooking our own meals. But if we wanted to eat out, we could walk to many great restaurants and shops, or take a 3-5 minute drive to even more great locations. We'd definitely stay here again- thanks so much, Debbie and Mitch!

Stayed here for a week with 3 adults and 1 child. The house was spacious and in a perfect location for us as it was close to San Jose State University, restaurants and grocery stores. The place was immaculately clean and each room having its own full bathroom is a massive bonus. I had to contact Cecilia once during my stay and she responded very quickly. I would fully recommend this house as a good place to stay in San Jose.

The place was amazing and it was what we expected. Felt comfortable and at home. There is a pool but not close by, had to drive to it. The host was very friendly and responded in a timely fashion. Definitely will use them again.

Very clean place and lots of greenery space. Luc was a great host and responded in a very timely manner. The air condition could have been better but overall great experience.

Great place to stay. The beds are comfortable , quiet and safe neighborhood and well stocked with things you may need. Love the snacks and communication with host.

Lovely home and location! Such a peaceful retreat that we absolutely love. One thing to note the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, but they do not have the spice cabinet a lot of these rentals have. Bring everything you need to cook (like oil and spices). They do have a slight ant issue so make sure you keep food stored away and bring extra ziplocks! But amazing views… we whale watched form the living room! It truly is a lovely home, great retreat - you feel so far away even though its a quick drive to Monterey or Carmel if you wanted more things to do!

Thank you for the great stay. My fiance's dad loved the space. However, I would have greatly appreciated more communication with date change request. I requested once, no reply. Second request was denied outright. An explananation would have been nice. Considering that we couldn't even use the space for a week. Again though, loved the place and it was setup perfectly.

Brought my 3 kids to stay with me at Gary's place. Perfect spot with lots to do, right by a park, clean, and easy to get to. Very responsive for anything we needed. thanks for the stay!

Great spot! Easy to feel safe and right at home. There was easy street parking and a garage to use if you wanted. Easy Uber ride to downtown Palo Alto for dinner

Laleh and Alessandro have crafted a gorgeous loft with tasteful and functional decor. Highlights: Spacious kitchen, plenty of spaces to work, lovely outdoor areas and overall design. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an oasis in the city!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The house was so clean and spacious with high quality appliances. We especially valued the parking space/ garage, and the location being walkable to the SAFE convention center where my husband was attending a conference, and to many great restaurants (Alaro Craft brewery a very short walk away was our favorite). Great communication from Heath, a 5* stay.
