Max was one of the most helpful hosts i've had in a long time (and I travel for work so that's saying a lot!) He was always reachable with a random question or when I was seeking a solution to a problem. The unit was a great solo space that felt like home. Everything I needed had a space to go & there were plenty of resources around the unit to use. Small things made a huge difference like the closet unit & yoga mat & good cookware! The area is super quiet and peaceful and minus a couple of San Francisco hills it was very walkable to the train & the Castro area! Loved this place & would absolutely stay again ❤️

Rouslan was a fantastic host! We loved the location and now dream of having our own spot in North Beach. The unit is in a 2 unit building with a commercial private gym on the bottom floor. It is very private from neighbors. The space is comfortable and is right in the middle of all the happenings in North beach. It’s just 1 block from Tony’s pizza and Washington square park. We loved our morning coffee walks, late evening gelato and endless pizza. When we ran into any issues, Rouslan was proactive and handled things very well. He is quick to respond and a great host! Because of the fantastic location, it does get loud at night so ear plugs are a must. The parking garage is real tight but it is at an angle. We have an Audi Q5. Thank you Rouslan for a great stay!

Bill & Ronna are wonderful hosts and very aptly described as super hosts :) Their place was extremely comfortable, convenient and I felt right at home in their beautiful studio. The natural light keeps the apartment warm & well lit throughout the day. Everything that you may need is walking distance & the bus stop is right in front of the building as they had mentioned. They have thought of every small requirement that may arise & the attention to detail was impeccable. I received a very warm welcome from them and their son too. In fact one day I walked into their building get together in the lobby, they immediately offered me to join :-) I would not stay anywhere else whenever I’m there next! Thank you once again to them for their space and hospitality.

This place was perfect. I was looking for every excuse I could do to prolong our stay past the one month. It was very cozy and I do not mean that euphemistically. It just felt like home from the moment I stepped in the door, lovely artwork and lots of original features in this 100 year-old house for me that there were spices and food items left from previous guests was a real plus and while we used a lot, we also were happy to leave a lot as well. I am not sure what a better location would be. It is a very short walk to four different bus lines, and a lot of great things are accessible without even taking a bus or any other form of transit. The neighbourhood never felt threatening to me. We cooked a lot at home so having a Trader Joe’s around the corner is another plus. We had lots of little requests like receiving some mail and needing extra chairs when we had some friends over and the responses were quick and exact. As I said, it was perfect!
