Monthly Rentals in Seattle

This is a lovely apartment to live and work in. I stayed for a month. The pretty neighborhood of Queen Anne — with lots of good restaurants (try the Vietnamese pho place) — is up the hill, grocery stores are a walk away, and it's easy to access a long running trail near the water. The living room of this house looks out onto a surprisingly lovely foliage-covered hill, and I found it a peaceful place to work. When I had an issue with the kitchen sink, the owners were very helpful and got it sorted right out for me in no time. Great place, great location, great value. Highly recommended, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The hosts have truly created something wonderful here. Whether it was the perfectly stocked kitchen, the charming decor, the comfy bed, or the care and thoughtfulness poured into every corner, it was clear that the hosts went above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, and communication was excellent. One of my favorite moments was simply sitting by the window, watching the squirrels go about their little adventures. If you're looking for a place, this is it.

This is a great place to stay. It's convenient to the grocery store, bakery, coffee shop and public transit. It's very cozy and a good kitchen. Host was very nice.

Absolutely lovely spot, right in the heart of Queen Anne - a beautiful, dreamy part of the city whether you're coming from far away or live here in town. The carriage house was beautifully decorated and maintained, sparkling clean and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of street parking, but walkable and (if you follow the instructions they send you!) an easy Uber/Lyft ride from anywhere you want to go in the city. The redwoods in the yard and fountain outside made everything feel even more serene, like living in a park even though you're centrally located in the city. Michael and Manny were also fantastic hosts, super friendly, always available and quick to respond (not that we needed much while there). We had a great little weekend getaway but only wish we could stay for longer! Highly recommend on all counts. :)
