Holiday rentals with a pool in San Gimignano

The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfying. The entire ancient hamlet is a jewel set in the countryside, with spectacular views of the woods of Val di Chiana. The accommodation is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella were very helpful in communications and suggestions for places to visit and where to eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped for a short time and the weather was a bit capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the farm's outdoors more. The only small flaw: the dishes and the fridge were not exactly immaculate, but nothing that can't be solved with a sponge. Super recommended for both a short and a long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surrounding area.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay in the hpgel of Tuscany. A little remote but we appreciated that. Lots of restaurants around the area with really very good food and absolutely good prices. Accommodation with a large garden, pool, air conditioning and heating. Well-maintained and clean. Chickens whose eggs we were allowed to get. Magena true always available, very friendly and helpful. Everyone was wonderful, the accommodation was as described and the pool completely to ourselves. Giovanni was always super friendly and his family very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this location.

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

This has been by far one of the most perfect holiday villas we’ve rented! Nestled in the most peaceful of locations, the villa was absolutely charming! Waking up to the sounds of birds chirping was a definite mood booster! We were relieved to see that there were herbs, oils and cooking condiments ready to use. The pool was a huge bonus and we used it most days. Seeing as we went in August, the outdoor temperature was very very hot, but luckily the house remained cool with its air con system. For anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle and doesn’t mind hillside driving, we highly recommend it! I would just mention that a few more hooks in the bedrooms to hang things on would be beneficial but didn’t impact our enjoyment whatsoever! We were there as a large family, with 7 adults and an 11 month old baby. The place is ideal for a larger group, also because the bedrooms are partly spatially apart and privacy is possible. The former farmhouse is very nicely restored and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Lakes on the windows were also thought of. Pool pool is outstanding with its size and has been cleaned every day. In the fantastically landscaped and very well maintained garden, with its beautiful bushes and many olive trees, we felt very comfortable. Rossella gave us good tips, she was very friendly and personally accompanied us to good shopping addresses. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...

We stayed for 4 nights with 3 teenage children and a total of 4 people.From arrival to check-out, Chiara was very polite and helpful.Thank you for dropping me off at the supermarket and picking me up and dropping me off at Santa Maria Novella Station on the way back.It was also a 15-minute walk to the bus stop, so I was able to spend time without a car.There were a lot of condiments, and we were able to use homemade pesticide-free olive oil.There were also cooking utensils, so my daughters made pasta and had lunch in the garden.I bought olive oil as a souvenir, so I'm looking forward to my trip.The room is by no means spacious, but we had a pleasant stay with four people.Recommended for those who want to enjoy their stay in Florence in the comfort of the suburban hills away from the hustle and bustle of the center.

The Stone House was gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with amazing views. It was private yet easy to get to many amenities/tuscany towns/wineries nearby. Emanuela and Giovanni were very responsive to our questions and requests. We requested for help to buy a bouquet of flowers to surprise our friend for her birthday on the day we arrive - not only did they take the time to help us buy it, they refused to let us pay for it! it was too cold for us to use the pool but I can imagine how wonderful it would have been if we could have used it. all in all, it was a great place to enjoy a dreamy tuscan holiday.

We had a very good time here! The Airbnb is a separate part of a nice house on a hill, it is spacious and has everything you need. You can sit outside and there is a nice swimming pool. The hosts were very nice and always available for help/tips. I definitely recommend this place!

We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

A paradise! Difficult access that is rewarded. A fantastic villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan hills. Greatly restored with modern and classic parts, plus an absolute calm, all around beautiful nature. A highlight: The spacious indoor Jacuzzi, we had a wonderful week, thank you!!

The place we stayed this time was really artistic and beautiful. Thoughtfully arranged objects and unique touches throughout the space made me feel like I was in a small gallery. The colors combined with the natural light coming in through the window, and the quiet and cozy atmosphere — I was satisfied without missing anything. In particular, I was impressed by the details filled with the unique sensibility of the accommodation, so I felt special every moment throughout my stay. It is a place I would definitely recommend to those who want to get away from daily life and heal in an artistic atmosphere.

We have spent wonderful week this summer in Willa Elena. 3 families with kids. Willa is huge 900 m2, so we had very comfortable conditions. Perfect location, and beautiful place. Elena hosted us with a true kindness. We like Elena’s’ wine, and our kids love their horses. I would recommend this Willa to big groups looking for comfortable conditions in Tuscany.

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area !
