Holiday rentals with beach access in San Juan

The owners are very accommodating. They also post ahead of time the directions on how to get to the place. Also, they informed us ahead of time of any power interruptions. While also on the venue, the owners are very nice to us.

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

Late review as it always gets busy when we get back to the city but this was a perfect short getaway, refreshing, very good environment (Pico de Loro in the making) and a new place for my family to explore further down south. A turtle Sanctuary too which made it interesting.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Stayed there for three weeks on a family vacation. Very surprised how nice the staff treated my family and myself. Great bar with wonderful bartenders, good food as well. Very close to all the city center with so much to do. Like I said earlier the staff always had a smile on there face and helped us when ever we need anything. The front desk help book are ferry tickets at a veryreasonable rate so we didn'thave to go early to the pier and get our reservations. There's and very cool night watchman that look over the complex so it was very safe,and everytime we came back from having dinner we always shared our leftovers with him to much appreciation. It was a very cool and comfortable place.

What can I say - the 2nd time is indeed a charm. Just like my initial stay, everything worked out perfectly. Rosalia is a hidden charm filled with beauty. Surrounded by nature, everything is gleaming and immaculate inside out. Spotless homestay with a kind and warm hostess. Shoutout to Jackie once again for simply being splendid. Thank you once again. Until we see each other again.

My family stayed here and they definitely enjoyed their stay. The condo looks wonderful, whatever you see in the photos that’s what you expect. Place is very clean, and enough for our family. I am very thankful to have my family stayed here and will definitely book again if we decided to do a staycation in Pico de Loro.

The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and felt like it was too short. We loved the place. It is homey and clean. Everything we needed was there. The beach is perfect as it never gets crowded as it is a private place. Plus, the sunrise is soooo beautiful in the morning. if you love stargazing the view is also perfect at night as it is quiet. Jess and Ate Shirelyn was very responsive and ready to assist with what we need. My whole family loved it. Looking forward to staying here again.

Pahiwakan Cove was the perfect getaway! Traveling with a senior, a pregnant guest, and a pet, we needed a comfortable and well-equipped place, and this home had it all. A huge thank you to Sir Revo for the warm hospitality! From booking to check-in, everything was smooth. Ate She was incredibly helpful, even assisting us in getting fresh supplies from the market. We celebrated my sister’s birthday and my mother-in-law’s homecoming, and the house provided everything a fully equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, and a luxurious master bedroom. The high-speed Wi-Fi was a big plus, keeping us connected for work. The pool area was a highlight, and we loved the videoke. it made our stay even more fun! Sir Revo and Ate She treated us like VIPs, ensuring a stress-free stay. Thank you, Sir Revo, for sharing your beautiful home! Melissa's Anahaw Marine Beach Retreat provided an excellent stay and experience that is unparalleled. A simple, clean setup with a wonderful pool and deck that looks out into the sunset, and access to an unlimited swimming and snorkeling adventure. In 3 days on the water, we swam with 7 sea turtles amidst an array of marine diversity. Thank you Melissa, Nani, Karen, and all the retreat staff.

Cute space for a studio unit equipped with extra blankets, towels, dishwashing soap, drinking water, and kitxhen utensils. Very cozy, arrived with functioning aircon and refrigerator. Host was responsive as well to ensure we have the right info for self-in.

Had another amazing overnight stay at Pico de Loro booking with Joann and SEE Condomiums! As always, the reminders sent before checking-in were updated and clear. Check-in at the country club with Sir Benito was very smooth. No issues with finding and entering the unit. The room booked was well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. I also enjoyed seeing that there were options for food that we could order and enjoy from the unit itself. Overall SEE Condominiums has done a great job in elevating the experience for their guests while still maintaining the excellent quality of their rooms and employees. If you are looking to visit Pico de Loro, I would 100% recommend SEE Condominiums. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Ronna is responsive and her place has great views. You can see the mountains, clubhouse and the beach from the balcony. The balcony is also spacious — great for family dinners.

Great location, everything that was in Marianne's possibilities perfect! In need of improvement are the poor internet connection, the largely non-existent mobile network and the inadequate professionalism of Pico management in terms of drinking water during the high season!

we had a great time during our stay, the unit is a few walk to the beach, passing by the lagoon. there is no internet in the room, sa country club lang..mahina din signal ng mobile data kaya lakad ka na lang sa country club or shuttle free naman yung wifi..may coffee shop, and may resto..ok magluto sa unit but ok din if mag dine in sa resto worth naman yung price ng group meals.

A totally great experience! Our host Cris made sure that everything will go smoothly. From warm welcome on our first day to our goodbye on the last day. Listing was clean and appealing. Our Host and the caretakers are very responsive. Everyone was nice and friendly. I enjoyed the water activities and the amenities. Overall, will recommend and definitely coming back!
