The place is easy to navigate, the house has centralized AC’s, there are lots of space inside the house where you can relax and bond with your family/friends, they have a long dining table where you can all eat at the same time. The toiletries and towels are also provided. The host is very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will comeback again.

Absolutely love our stay. The house is right on the beach and the view is even better than the pictures. The property is clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host is very responsive and the staff is very friendly. You can no longer swim for free in the right side part of the beach coz you need to pay entrance fee because it was owned by a different resort. But you can access their beach below but you’ll have to pass through a rocky path first but when you get there, it’s worth it. It feels like having a private beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful and stunning ocean view, this place is perfect.

Nice and spacious! We enjoyed the place esp the kids! The pool, TV, the aircon, the kitchen, everything added up to our whole experience. Caretaker was thorough and responsive as well.

It was the home away from home that we needed for a quick break. Wifi was really strong so did not worry about finding something for the kids to do. But the kids ended up just staying at the pool or exploring the grounds. The kitchen has all that you need and a griller too! Beds were comfy, water pressure was strong, little things here and there that let us know this was really meant to be a home. Caretakers made sure we were okay, and helped us with errands when we needed some groceries bought. It's really a hidden gem! Thank you to our host for sharing their home. :-)

Our family had an amazing stay at this place. We are a large group and the place easily accommodated us all without the feeling of being over-crowded. The house and the area are more than what we expected as both are really spacious . It's really good place to chill and hangout and relax. What we really loved about the place is that you can still have some quiet and private times in any areas as the place has a lot these spaces offer (there is access to the balcony from one of the bedrooms with a view of the skyline, a small garden area, the jacuzzi area, plus further down is a bonfire pit area). There are also bathroom amenities outside so you wouldn't have to wait to use the ones inside the house if you are in a rush. Overall we love the place and our stay. Ms. Rita is also a superb host. Really hands on and accommodating and pleasant. We didn't have any trouble finding the area at all as she is very responsive to our queries. Definitely an excellent place!

My family had a great time at Ani Villa. The accommodation is well-maintained and exactly as described. The rooms are squeaky clean, spacious, and smell great. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the grill as well. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Towels and toiletries were provided. Since the location is a bit remote, it was very helpful to have a food menu or delivery recommendations. A few suggestions for improvement: * Replace the non-stick pots and pans * Provide cleaning cloths and all-purpose cleaners * Supply trash bags and table napkins We will definitely come back when we visit Quezon again!

We stayed at La Soledad Tagaytay for two nights. The place is perfect for big/extended families. Each kubo has its own toilet and bath. The cooking utensils are complete and sufficient for preparing large quantities of food. There are more than enough tables and chairs. The karaoke has a good sound system. During our stay, the weather in Tagaytay is cold and windy so we didn't mind if there are no A/Cs inside the kubos. The place is well-maintained and clean. We noticed that there are no mosquitoes even if the place is filled with plants. Mr Ricky and the owners are also genuinely friendly and very accommodating. We'll definitely come back!

Great house for multi family gathering. Clean quality linens, nice beds, fun game room. Pools were nice and clean. Kitchen was great for a big group. The view was fantastic! Don't forget knives if you go, there were plenty of forks and spoons but no knives. Also if you are planning on doing lots of cooking maybe bring your own pans and cutting boards as the IKEA ones were well used but still workable. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was there if we had questions or couldn't find anything. There was a fair bit of trash around the house, which was only noticable because of how nice the house was.

We had a fantastic stay at Fernando's Airbnb! The location was perfect, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed—Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, parking, and three spacious bedrooms. The decor was beautiful, and the space was well-designed, making it feel cozy and inviting. Fernando was super responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Since i was in charge of booking this place for Christmas, i got good compliments because of how spacious the living area is. We had 4 rooms enough for everyone, extra mattresses, pillows and blankets even if we only booked it for 16pax. Will not hesitate to book this place again in the future.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

Cliff House Nasugbu is great as advertised. We stayed overnight yet we would have loved to extended our stay a day more. Rooms are modern and makes you not to leave and just get sucked into their comfy beds and pillows. Pool area and dining area are the places to be at relaxing poolside with a beer listening to music overlooking Nasugbu bay. And to Stephanie (Host) , thank you do much for accomodating us and being attentive to our requests 🙏. Cliff house is definitely one of the best spots in Nasugbu.

Michael was a good host. He’s responsive to all my queries. The place is great. The rooms & beds are big enough to accommodate us (11 guests). The kitchen has all the essentials in cooking (except the condiments which the guests need to bring). We enjoyed using the videoke. However, the doors of the T&Bs are hard to lock. And if I may suggest to add screen doors on the sliding doors to avoid insects getting inside the house esp at night. Add more electric fans in the main house. Overall, we had a peaceful & private stay in the resort.

Ms. Kathryn was an awesome host! Responded to every question in a timely manner. Place is perfect for get-togethers! Would love to come back again when I get the chance! 😊

I had an amazing stay at this property! The place had everything you could ask for—a true home away from home. From the well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and even small thoughtful touches like toiletries and extra linens, everything was complete and well-prepared. Our family stayed for an overnight at Ms. Anna’s place for my Mom’s advance bday celeb. We all enjoyed their place, ambiance is peaceful and location is well secured. The only problem we encountered is the slow internet connection at night but actually it’s not that big deal for me. Overall I’m still satisfied in our stay and looking forward to book their place again. Thank you again, Ms. Anna!

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.
