Stylish place, even better than photos/description. Everything is well maintained, very clean, everything is working. The attentive, responsive, present hosts have met me with every request/need. I had a plumbing issue promptly resolved. I was also able to use the late checkout free of charge on the day of departure. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind during the days of my stay but the cozy house still allowed me to find relaxation and serenity. If you love staying in a well-kept, functional, and stylish home, this is the place for you. Congratulations, I felt at home, pampered, and never abandoned. Magical stay at Paola's. Difficult to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed with us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car from the station and greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious -, difficult to have a better arrival especially after a long trip. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day into the Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't go back from her generosity! She takes care of all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We would highly recommend staying with Paola, the best airbnb host we've had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you were wonderful, and we are already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci!:)

Eddj was one of the friendliest and most accessible host. He even offered to pick us from Firenze SMN. He picked us and brought us to this lovely apartment minutes from the station. The apartment is on the first floor ( no lift) and very tiny stairs but Eddj even helped us to take the luggage up which was a huge help. The place is amazing functionally- gadgets appliances and amenities are as described. He even presented us a bottle of Rose and some munchies. The apartment matches the description and the photos. Addj was always available for any queries and overall a great experience. we will be back Thanks

Loved staying at this lovely and very clean apartment, a nice mix of modern and historic architecture. Many nice places to have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Hosts were friendly, and helpful with cleaning and coffee supplies. I hope to return again and stay longer next time!

Kiersten was a wonderful host. She greeted us during check in and gave a tour of the apartment. The windows were super thick so you do not hear noise from outside. The house felt recently renovated with modern amenities. More importantly, it was very clean and definitely worth the price.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

We felt it like home, it was clean, good location, the outdoors were pretty picturesque, Stefano And Pamela were very hospitable, they helped us with many things including food and clear instructions. We will definitely visit again if ever in Italy and suggest others as well.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

The FlowTraveling team is genuinely outstanding. Incredibly proactive and helpful! I had all kinds of issues reaching the location from another city due the Italy’s train strike, but the host was very flexible and understanding. The condo itself is as advertised: comfortable, clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the active city areas. It was wonderful!!

I can’t say enough good about this stay. Marco was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Pia followed up with a message to check on us the next day. The home had everything we needed to make our 3 night stay perfect. The location is great, easy walking throughout the city and just a few minutes from the train station. Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Absolutely beautiful 3 level condo on the top floor of the building with water view of the Arno from the rooftop balcony. We are a family of 8 traveling together and this spacious apartment met all of our needs - we were not on top of each other. Very centrally located to my daughter, who is studying in Florence for the semester. There was someone onsite to let us in and provide instruction. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Florence!

You definitely need to book Ilaria’s place for your stay in Florence! The neighbourhood was exactly what I wanted and managed to walk to any restaurant I had on my to go list. The apartment is so beautiful and clean and makes you feel at home from the moment you enter it. Ilaria is friendly and helpful and provides all the information you need to make your stay as easy as possible. Can’t wait to come back! <3

What a great apartment! More spacious than the photos show and beautifully converted, keeping old elements in place, such as the beams in the ceilings. The two small terraces are wonderful and in the afternoons the upstairs one is a complete sun trap, whilst the downstairs one would offer shade in the summer heat. The beds are very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom is fantastic. I lived in Mattia's apartment for a month and it felt like home. I did lots of exploring and it was a perfect location, literally a 2-minute walk to the Piazza Maggiore. And yet the apartment was incredibly quiet and peaceful. I had several visitors and everyone commented on what a great place this is. I would totally recommend you to stay here if you are visiting Bologna which is a wonderful city with so much history, art, culture, food and great people. Thank you, Mattia, for creating such a lovely place to stay in your beautiful city.

The apartment was just s as described and shown in the photos-comfortable, amply large for a couple, and full of character. The location could not be any better. Simona was generous with local tips and resources, and extremely responsive and solicitous. We hope to return. What a great place!

The place is exactly the same as shown in the photos, all very clean! Even the moka coffee makers were clean! Well-equipped kitchen. Heater and air conditioning running super well and the washing and drying machine was very useful. Sabrina was super kind all the time, taking our doubts aside and responding quickly. The location is great, it has everything close to everything from restaurants, market, cafeterias to even the sights. We loved the site and would come back for a next chance!

This was me se one time staying at Fabrizio place . And felt right home. Fabrizio amazing person, always available. The plane is in the middle of everything. As a lift , I never travel light .. that help so Much ! The apartment was spotless clean. The most comfortable bed . Slept like a baby! Bathroom full of you need , nice sops and more. Nice size shower . I can’t wait to go back again . And want to said thank you to Fabrizio again! And if you want a place we’re you need to fell home away from Home . This is the place ❤️ Hope to go back soon!

Wow! What can I say?! This place was wonderful! Silvia thought about everything a guest may need while staying at her place! I loved the tankless hot water, for showering-you’ll never run out of hot water here! We had to catch a very early train to Milan, and Silvia helped arrange a private car to get us to the station. If you’re considering her place for your stay in Bologna-BOOK IT! It’s fabulous! Gratzie Mille, Silvia for a wonderful stay!

Lorena is a very considerate host! Received us with great affection, allowed the early check in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, near the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street of the building, the two nearest. Clean apartment, clean bed linen and all comfortable! It was a great stay! Highly recommend!
