Leonora welcomed me warmly, she is very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is spacious, in excellent condition and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Furniture and utensils are lovingly and tastefully selected. You are completely undisturbed in this magnificent natural environment, a real recovery! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real crush! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Very well equipped and new. Very pleasant terrace. There is nothing missing (maybe 1 microwave?) and the city center is very close. Private parking is a real advantage . The small touches (cakes, welcome pack, breakfast, wine...) were greatly appreciated. We had an excellent reception. Very nice bedding. We felt like we were at home. We would recommend it. Great value for money

We had a very pleasant family vacation; we immediately felt at home. Stephan, Pierre-Michel's son, is a very kind host, very nice, and attentive to our every need. Always reachable, when we asked for information and advice, he always responded immediately. Thanks to him, we were able to find beaches and restaurants in the area. The villa is beautiful, in a quiet area of Porto Pino; it offers a large outdoor space, with three BBQs; a patio that we have used every day, as it is extremely well furnished and allows us to eat outside. The house is extremely organized, with a kitchen where there was everything you could need. The rooms are fresh and spacious, with mosquito nets and air conditioning (not used because it was fine even without it). Two bathrooms with showers; washing machine, hair dryer. The place and the vast outdoor space are very suitable for children. In other words, we really reluctantly left. Thank you Pierre-Michel and Stefan!

The property is in a kind of holiday village with its own small park, which offers incredible views of the coast and the ruins of the former mining facilities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which we also used daily. Good restaurants are within walking distance, as well as two mini supermarkets. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The only flaw was that the communal pool cannot be used from September at lunchtime from 1 PM to 3 PM. But the landlord can't do anything about that.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. It's so quiet outdoors with a good view down to the ocean. Everything we needed was there and Giancarlo was always easy reachable. It lays in a quiet village with a short car drive to beaches and other fantastic scenery.
