A perfect stay in the surroundings area Lot of things to do and extremely convenient to everything. Very cozy place and neat little house One would never think it exists Quiet area as well. We will try to book it again when we return to Chiang Mai Thank you so much for having us. 🙏🙏🙏

The Grand Pearl was the perfect place to have a down day for our family. We did not feel at home but we felt like we walked into the lap of luxury!! Everything was fabulous- the kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the views of the mountains, very easy safe feeling walk into town. We loved eating at Living the Dream- great place for kids to play while you relax!! With 6 people you need to think about the gate key before you separate!! We learned we could leave the key in the lockbox and step over the sensor where the gate closes!! We were flying to Phuket at 9:45 pm so we rented for an extra night for late checkout. It proved to be an excellent idea. With six of us traveling together everyone had their perfect last day in Chiang Mai - the kids and dad stayed at the house and relaxed!! The 3 girls went out to explore waterfalls!!

Such a wonderful and peaceful stay. Quality finishing and comfortable furnishings. Perfect for those who want ample space and to get away from the noise!

The house is in a beautiful location and offers a truly wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Very satisfied check in.Everything is as it looks in the photos.The host is a very tasteful person.The facilities are also very well equipped, as well as a record player, and my family and I had a comfortable and pleasant vacation.It was very comfortable for six people in our group.The house is across the street from the business district.Just cross the road.It doesn't feel noisy either.It is unavoidable due to the proximity of the airport plane sound.As long as you live in this district, you will hear it.The sound of the plane is gone in the early hours of the morning.It won't ring again until after 6:00 in the morning.Not a problem for me.The host also prepared a lot of ear plugs.I loved the fragrance of the host's house, which I couldn't buy in Chiang Mai, and with her help, I owned three bottles.Very happy!Thank you for your help during your stay.I would stay here again in Chiang Mai.

We enjoyed our six-week stay over Xmas and New Year at this comfortable, clean and spacious property. It was within walking distance of many eateries and coffee shops. The weekly clean by the team of maids and change of bedding/towels etc was appreciated, they did a wonderful job. The owners were hospitable and communicative. Thank you for the little presents as well! All the best.

The location is good right on Nimman Road, the home is very tidy and clean, come back again next time.

I had a great stay at this condo. It is located very close to a main street with numerous shops and restaurants, but set back off a side road for quiet and privacy. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable here. My fave space was the balcony!

Cute little unit at a convenient walking distance from the Central Festival mall. Wifi generally worked well enough for remote work including some video calls.

Would recommend this stay to others! The place was nice and very clean.

The apartment is located in the best area of the city, close to all entertainment, including chic restaurants and shopping and at the same time, it is very quiet. The building has a small gymnasium and a swimming pool with beautiful mountain views. The apartment itself is well equipped and has everything you need. Good quality mattress, pillows and linens. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you very much.

I had a fantastic stay! Jenejinta was a charming host, allowing early check-in and even taking care of my luggage. The place was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and in a quiet soi of Nimman, close to Maya Shopping Mall. The building was well-maintained, the pool was great, and the staff were very kind. The bed was comfortable, and the aircon was quiet. Thank you, Jenejinta—I’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment is spacious, very bright, and luxuriously furnished. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with soft, high-quality sheets, and everything was spotlessly clean. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The condominium is relatively new, well-maintained, and offers a luxurious experience. The pool is fantastic, and there’s also a fully equipped gym, sauna, and steam room. The location is excellent—just steps away from Maya Shopping Mall, making it very convenient. The only downside, which is common in this area, is the noise from airplanes, as they fly quite low over the city. If you're sensitive to noise, you might prefer another neighborhood. However, this wasn’t an issue for us—we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return! On top of that, the host was fantastic—very kind and communicative, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

Nice apartmemt. The TV has chrome cast and is front of the bed, great for a bedtime movie. Right next to maya mall and a bunch of boujee restaurants and cafes. My only issue was there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

A big thank you to Meena for hosting us! The place is spacious and the location is excellent in Nimman with access to restaurants and cafes. Meena was also very helpful with arranging a crib and chair for our baby. Would definitely stay again.

highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful environment but close to downtown.. place was clean and had all listed amenities very near to local bars and restaurants and local shops.. Amy was pretty helpful with all asks, recommendations and questions

We just had a wonderful 4 week stay in Lin’s place. It’s a lovely apartment in a great area. Squeeky clean and we were given a complimentary clean once a week which we really appreciated. It’s very walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops and if you rent a car, like we did for several days, they will provide a parking card so you can park on the premises. I also loved the little touches like crisps and some drinks and fruit upon arrival. We highly recommend Lin’s place and hope to be back again one day😀

this is, for Thailland standards, very spacious for 1 or 2 people, it was clean and well taken care of. It was close to the night street market and about 15 min walk from the supermarket and loads of restaurants and shshops. the only negative was the shower, there is not a lot of water pressure and the water was warm(ishhh) but really not what you'd call hot, borderline of a ccold shower. Honestly, that was the only negative.

Kate and Max were some of the kindest most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure to stay with in my years renting through Airbnb. They made my partner and I feel like family, and were very attentive to all of our needs while we stayed. We stayed here a month and our only regret was that we could not stay longer! The condo itself feels open, luxurious, and matches the pictures exactly. You can really tell that the decor, art, and appliances have been curated with care. The location is conveniently close to the Maya shopping mall and popular Nimman neighborhood. It has a more local vibe than the old city (which is 10-15 minutes away via taxi), and there are numerous delicious and affordable food options nearby. The internet is fast and worked great for me as a remote worker. I hope to be back soon so I can stay here again!

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.

No so private because of Window) You should to close it If you want to feel confident. But location is perfect! There are a lot of condos but this one the best because of friendly guards, location, parking and etc
