very lovely house to stay in. the garden is beautiful. the inside is super clean and has everything we need. the hosts are really friendly, they provided a lot of help to us. the location is very good, close to shopping area and lots of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 children at Am's. The house is very nice and very well located. We were able to fully enjoy our two days, the city and the saturday night market. I would highly recommend it

We enjoyed our six-week stay over Xmas and New Year at this comfortable, clean and spacious property. It was within walking distance of many eateries and coffee shops. The weekly clean by the team of maids and change of bedding/towels etc was appreciated, they did a wonderful job. The owners were hospitable and communicative. 1. The location is great. But sometimes Grab delivery drivers can't find the location. DN wellness Massage helps you find it. 2. Both the room and living room are the same as the photos, and it's hot, so I didn't spend time in the yard, but there is a pretty garden. 3. The sound of the plane is sometimes heard between 12-1pm, but it is not a problem at all for those who are not sensitive. 4. I asked for more towels and was provided by communicating right away. We provide so much bottled water that you don't have to worry about bottled water during your stay. 5. I delivered the late checkin request the day before checkout without consulting in advance, but they were willing to let me and I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. 6. 5 family members lived and had a very comfortable stay, so I definitely want to come again next time. (Be careful of slippery stairs when coming down from the second floor. The shower was a little old, but we didn't have much trouble using it. If you are sensitive, you can prepare a filter shower.) Thank you very much for sharing your space with us. Thanks to this, I was able to get a lot of good impressions of Chiang Mai.

Really great place. For nothing, wifi, a proper kitchen. Washing machine, hot shower, and beautiful neighborhood. Everything was perfect.

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

The apartment is located in the best area of the city, close to all entertainment, including chic restaurants and shopping and at the same time, it is very quiet. The building has a small gymnasium and a swimming pool with beautiful mountain views. The apartment itself is well equipped and has everything you need. Good quality mattress, pillows and linens. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you very much.

It's an accommodation I'd like to come again. I had a good stay at Nimman for a week.

The room is very clean and tidy, the bed covers also smell of fragrance, very comfortable to stay in, and the bed is also good to sleep!Favorite room with bathtub, kitchen and washing machine, and swimming pool on the ground floor☺️☺️ In addition, the apartment building is very safe, the location is also very good, I will definitely choose to stay again next time in Chiang Mai,❤️ but because the airport is nearby, there will be the sound of airplanes, it is recommended to prepare earplugs ~

Our family loved Meena’s place! The location was within walking distance of One Nimman and many other fantastic cafes and restaurants along the way. Meena’s communication was fantastic and always prompt. We really appreciated her allowing us an early check-in. The condo itself was great and we were always greeted with a smile from the security officer downstairs who seemed to be on call 24 hours/day which we appreciated. The pool was cool which was nice to dip in after a long, hot day. Highly recommend :)

There are so many small yet thoughtful touches that make this place liveable and comfortable. (I have been in airbnbs that were beautiful but so impractical!) For example: plenty of towels were provided, bidet and lots of toilet paper rolls, 2 big bottles of water ready in fridge upon arrival, kitchen and dish towels, kitchen paper towels, garbage bags, 2 bath floor mats (huge deal!)..these may seem trivial but it made the stay so easy and comfortable. Apart from that, the bonus was seeing the sunrise from the balcony and seeing the mountains from the dining area. I got used to the plane noise after the first night and everything else about the apartment made up for this.

It was a real advantage that the Maya Mall was less than 3 minutes away on foot. I lived with my parents for a week, and I stayed comfortably as if I were living in my house! It was also nice to have a dryer on the first floor ~ ~ When I contacted Amy, I was able to get an answer really quickly, so there was no inconvenience. If I come back next time, I'm willing to stay again!

The room exactly like the photos and narrative, it was clean, I loved the table with floor to ceiling windows in the room, the light and the view were very good! It is very close to everywhere in the prime location of Nimman area very walkable! Happy to stay at Lin's house in Chiang Mai!

Kate and Max were some of the kindest most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure to stay with in my years renting through Airbnb. They made my partner and I feel like family, and were very attentive to all of our needs while we stayed. We stayed here a month and our only regret was that we could not stay longer! The condo itself feels open, luxurious, and matches the pictures exactly. You can really tell that the decor, art, and appliances have been curated with care. The location is conveniently close to the Maya shopping mall and popular Nimman neighborhood. It has a more local vibe than the old city (which is 10-15 minutes away via taxi), and there are numerous delicious and affordable food options nearby. The internet is fast and worked great for me as a remote worker. I hope to be back soon so I can stay here again!

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
