Cozy house at the end of a small, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I really love this location, and the friendly ginger cats around make it even better! The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. I truly think that staying in a house is the best way to experience Chiang Mai, rather than an apartment. Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay! Great location, walking distance to Nimman One and Maya Shopping Mall, many restaurants around, easy to eat, Tengli Jun Tai North curry rice is very close.

Our stay in Tim and Paul's place was amazing. It has a good kitchen with utensils, the bathroom is big enough, and has a good water pressure. The bed and pillows were very comfy. There's a desk and a office chair to work from. The neighborhood is very quiet, and still with lots of restaurants, scooter rental, massage places... and it's very near to the Maya mall. Absolutely recommend 😊

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great thanks to 老徐 for his hospitality. He was very responsive in the first steps; for example, after check-in, he picked me up to rent a bike. The place was very good—clean and calm—perfect for a family vacation. The location was convenient, just 15 minutes from beautiful mountain spots and the city center. A great combination of city and nature. You would love it.

Amazing experience this time in a house living in Chiangmai, Thailand!The house was spacious and the yard was large enough to feel like four families were staying together.The kitchen is quite fully equipped, fully equipped with rice cooker, water boiler, frying pan, gas stove is also very strong, whether it is cooked early or making dinner is easy. Convenient transportation, very close to the center of the city, about 9 kilometers from the ancient city.The surrounding environment is more beautiful, and the sun in the yard is relaxing. Had to mention the landlord, a enthusiastic Chinese, communicated without any language barrier, especially smooth. All in all, it was a really nice experience to live in.I would consider staying here if I come back to Chiang Mai next time!

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Enjoyed our stay , convenient location , close to Maya Mall and restaurants . Host always responded quickly to any questions. Unit is on street with occasional loud vehicle at night but wasn't a problem for us. Will come back again if possible.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here! I definitely recommend booking this home. It is even more beautiful in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our host was very friendly and quickly responsive as well. I would definitely come back here if I ever came back to Chiang Mai.

There are many restaurants for breakfast nearby, and transportation such as Old Town Maya Mall is also good location. There are enough rooms and bathroom toilets for many families to stay, and there is also a swimming pool that is good for children to play, so I was able to enjoy my trip. Check-in is quick and there is a cleaning service in the middle. It was the best place for a family trip. I successfully completed my first trip to Chiang Mai. It's quiet near the accommodation, so it's good for a morning walk.

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

Our family of 10 absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and came equipped with everything we need including a laundry machine and clothes drying area. It was a bit hard to find because GPS couldn’t accurately locate the home. We used the 7-Eleven’s address just down the street to get taxi/grab rides. The house is very close to One Nimman and Maya Mall. Tons of food and shopping options just minutes away. I hope to stay at this home the next time I visit Chiangmai. Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

An amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai. I loved everything about this accommodation. Everything was just like the photos provided. Many things, such as plenty of towels, hairdryer, utensils, cutlery, and even welcome snacks, were provided.
