The beach house is perfect. The attention to detail and amenities are well above average. We have visited for several years and nothing changes, which is perfect. The location is amazing. You can never run out of amazing places to walk to!

This was a peaceful and convenient stay for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The kitchen was functional for our nearly weeklong stay. The host provided a decent variety of pots/pans and cooking utensils that made meal prep easy. For longer stays, I recommend requesting additional trash bags, cleaning supplies, and paper towels ahead of time. The water pressure and temperature for showering was outstanding. The toiletries will cover your basic shower needs. The bathroom light’s chain requires gentle finagling to turn on and off, so treat it with care. Keep in mind that since the home is a bit older, the windows and walls are not as soundproof or secure as newer homes. Regardless, this wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors seem to know each other well, which made it feel very safe and community-oriented.

The place was great and the hosts were very responsive to any questions. It was very comfortable and in a wonderful location with easy walking to the beach and town if desired. The space was as advertised and well kept. The one issue which found was that there was no place in the bedrooms for our belongings, such as a dresser or luggage rack, so we had to leave them in our suitcase on the floor. Not a big deal unless you're staying for more than two or three days and not enough to knock down a star rating. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We loved our stay here! It was cozy and perfect, would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable, off street parking was convenient, excellent location, full kitchen to cook anything you need, and a bonus outdoor tub which was unique. Phillip was an excellent host and we left with very happy memories. Thank you again!

Jeremy’s place was great for a weekend getaway with a few friends! The location was great, plenty of parking and space to spread out inside the house and in the backyard. The koi pond was lovely and relaxing, I felt like I was at a spa! Jeremy was very responsive and answered our questions ahead of time. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, with oil and spices available. We walked to Verve coffee multiple times and it was easy to get to Capitola and Santa Cruz. It was a comfortable spot and a lovely stay!

During our stay Tiyashi is very thoughtful and friendly! The place is easy to park and quiet. We also love how convenient the location is. I definitely recommend!

Pamela is an amazing host. Easy to talk to and responsive. The house was pretty good, spacious living area, kitchen, bedroom, etc, for what we needed as a couple. Everything was clean and all the instructions were clear in arrival. There are plenty of things in walking distance, but for the bulkier shopping you still need to drive. Things are expensive so I recommend cooking in but the kitchen was great and had everything I needed for cooking and baking. The only thing missing was a dishwasher. The house was quite and cool, which could get very cold at night, but nothing good heating and extra blankets can't fix.

Mercy's home is beautiful and in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great stay at Mike’s Airbnb. It was a nice little house to nestle in on rainy days—cozy, clean, and easy to find. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet. Mike was also quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend the house for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay.

i really enjoyed my stay at Kevin’s place on my business trip to Sunnyvale. It was located in a very safe, walkable, beautiful neighborhood not too far from Middlefield and University Ave. The place was comfortable and cozy. I especially appreciated how helpful the host was with all of my packages. I did a lot of Christmas shopping while I was there. On days when it was raining, my packages were placed in a plastic bin so they stayed dry. Really thoughtful!

We had a video shoot at a nearby studio for a small production two weeks in a row, and this place was perfect for our 1-person crew. It's quaint, the area is beautiful, and fit our 1-person crew perfectly. Leslie was also an amazing host.

I absolutely adored this air bnb! It was a quiet neighborhood plenty of street parking. In side the home you really can tell they put a lot of effort to make the people staying feel at home. The little touches were above and beyond, from the free snacks to having extra rolls of toilet paper close. It’s small but that’s what I loved about this place, the little added touches. There were extra blankets, we didn’t use them but appreciate it being there. Charles communicated with me very quickly no matter the time of day. And check out was SIMPLE. We didn’t have to do anything, except make sure the home was secured before leaving. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in San Jose area. The price was right and the place was perfect.
