We had a wonderful time staying here. Leticia was an amazing host. She sent us a bunch of recommendations for food , activities, and anything else we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

What to say about this place and this host. In my entire Airbnb experience, I think I can call it the best. The place is so nice. In addition to the fact that it is wonderfully well-appointed, you have everything you need. Pure comfort. As for the host, the best of all, great kindness. She knows how to be attentive and shows just remarkable responsiveness. We loved staying at this Airbnb and we know how much we could come back to if we had a chance. Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.

Josefa’s place is an extraordinary find in Oaxaca. The location is perfectly central, yet tucked away in an elegant building that offers beautiful views of the city and is exceptionally quiet and serene. There is lots of beautiful natural light illuminating the incredible interior architecture of the place. The building felt especially safe, both because of the modern doors and because of a person being present at the building door entrance most of the time. The condo offers everything one would need, it is remarkably spacious, comfortable, ultra clean, with beautifully designed bathrooms and was the perfect place in Oaxaca. Josefa is a phenomenal host, she was very responsive and is an amazing person to communicate with. Our arrival and self check-in was so easy going due to her being incredibly organised. It’s a rare find, my recommendation is - don’t look further and go stay with Josefa! Loved our time in this place! Much gratitude for Josefa for sharing her beautiful condo.

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

My dad and I stayed at this Airbnb for a month and had an excellent stay. The location is ideal, very close to several restaurants and about 20 minutes from the city center. The terrace was lovely and the internet worked great. It's located on a four-lane street with a lot of traffic, but they added foam on the windows and curtains, which helped a lot. We were also provided with earplugs. Honestly, it was not a problem for us. Once in a while a noisy truck passed by, but it wasn't something too annoying. The best part of our stay was Karla. She was a very caring and customer-oriented host. The kitchen is a little small, so if they plan to cook a lot, they might feel more comfortable in their unit on the ground floor (the kitchen is bigger). Overall, I would recommend it!

We enjoyed our month stay at Andre’s…it was a peaceful & pleasant location…the place was clean & very well organized…we took cabs & buses to the historic center about 25 minute journey to the zocalo…there are many shops & restaurants in walking distance…thanks for providing a great place…we especially enjoyed winding down, enjoying the view from the upstairs terrace 😊

A great location, just a ten-minute walk from downtown. The first night it was hard for us to cope with sleep as there was a lot of noise, but the rest of us fell deeply. The bathroom could improve because it splashes water into the room. Water gets hot rich. Mariana is a great host always attentive and quick to respond. It's a great place to stay there 👌🏽

Such a great spot!! We decided to stay here again when we returned from the beachside. It’s in a great location. About 20 minutes from el Centro however we spent most afternoons exploring Santa Maria del Tule. It’s in a quiet and safe area (we recommend exploring the surrounding neighborhoods!). Fernando is a wonderful host and checked in often to make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s a beautiful property! We highly recommend stopping by the Café in the front! So convenient and yummy. Can’t wait to come back! (:

Our major contact was Abdiel and he was great. We had a driving problem and were arriving much later than expected. He waited outside for us so we were able to locate the property! Also helped with bags (I hurt my shoulder a few days before!).

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

The space i booked had a bonus room and bathroom which ended up being perfect for my friend and i. The balcony joined the 2 rooms so she can access the kitchen and common space. Checking in and out was easy and the on-site manager was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was appropriately responsive on messaging. I had one mishap where the hot water wouldn't run at night (I shower at night). It took 2 attempts to fix but once it was fixed it never was an issue again. ONLY annoyance is climbing the stairs after long days of walking around but honestly, once you get absolutely tired of the walk, you're right there so it's not extremely terrible. Loved staying here!
