Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santa Maria Rezzonico

I had the opportunity to stay in this house a few times, the location is great, the host is great, the cleanliness is exceptional, everything was very nice, I will be back again 😊

We knew it would be a great location but didn’t realize how perfect this spot was! Right at the intersection of the two most popular streets. Absolutely stunning balcony views. We took a taxi to reach the Airbnb so we avoided having to go up the gigantic set of steps from the ferry to the Airbnb. Best part was we had someone meet us and bring us to the Airbnb since it could be confusing when you first get there. Highly recommend staying here.

A modern, quiet, and well-equipped apartment located in a fantastic area of Como, just a short walk from the lake. The neighbourhood offers all the essentials, with a few shops and charming restaurants close by. Filippo is an excellent host, proactive and quick to respond to any questions, providing clear and detailed instructions for self-check-in. I would definitely look to book this place again on my next visit to Como!

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Views here are incredible and place is very clean and bright. Feels like you’re sitting right on the lake. Enjoyed our stay. Easy drive into town and many public parking options in Lugano for a fair price. Will try to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed our stay at Carlo’s lovely apartment. It is very close to the metro station and it is in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and clean! Carlo is an amazing host and was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again if we are visiting Milan in the future!

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

The most beautiful place🫶🏼 Arrived home after the most beautiful 3 night stay in Radus home and wow is all we could say! The view is really something else and the photos do not do it justice. Radu was extremely responsive to all my enquiry’s leading up to & during our stay and also sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and visit. After reading a few reviews about the walk from menaggio to the villa we can clarify you most definitely need a car if you don’t want cpr at the top🤣 Transport usually stops around 5/6pm for the buses, taxis and we found even ferry’s meaning it was a lot walking back to the villa especially after eating. In the day there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away making it super easy to get up and down. The accommodation itself was superb and was very well equipped, even with refreshments on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall our stay was more than we could of imagined and would stay again…with a car this time🤣

We were very satisfied with the stay. We can highly recommend the place.

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

We were with two dogs in Giuseppe's house, the garden is large and completely well fenced. Very nice hikes possible directly from the house. The house has everything you need, perfect for a nice vacation. Thank you so much for having us and we'd love to come back.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts. Nice area, it’s about an hour’s walk to the old city, a bit more if you follow the greenway but a nicer route. Parking place is at the property and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Very nice and central location with great lake views. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair at ground level. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay in Cerro in Andrea's apartment, from there we enjoyed a lot and were looking forward to the evening view of the lake every time. The apartment is located on the second floor within walking distance of Cerre, was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Our recommendation would be to provide a pan and a smaller cooking pot more as well as egg cups. The garbage separation or storage system did not open up to us immediately. Overall a great stay thank you so much

Lovely apartment. Was perfect for travelling with our young baby. Walkable to lots of nice places to eat. Great welcome from host + good guide to local area and places to eat etc. Apartment is up a few flights of stairs + steps within the apartment too. Really lovely place and we'd happily stay again if we were back in Bergamo.

The location and apartment were amazing—one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced. Cecile was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was ideal, close to town yet peaceful next to a beautiful park. We loved the well-furnished, creatively designed space with its beautiful artwork and furniture. The attention to detail and little touches made our trip extra comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located on a quiet street near Como Lago station and nice restaurants, and the walk to the pier takes about 10 minutes. The condo is nicely designed, clean, and the bed is super comfortable. It’s also great to have an elevator that opens up directly to the condo. Highly recommended. I didn’t want to leave!
