A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Beautifully furnished and well-kept apartment. We found everything extremely clean and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is really large including a very spacious shower space. The perfect place to spend a romantic weekend in peace and quiet just a few minutes walk from Lake Bolsena.

The location is great, nature is all arround. The beach is within a walkable distance. And the host, went above and beyond to help us out. We had a medical emergency and she did not hesitate to assist... in the end everything turn out ok thanks to her. Totally recomded!!!

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

My girlfriend and I stayed overnight in this beautiful structure overlooking the Treja River. After checking in, we left for a beautiful hike on the riverside trails. Finally, we relaxed in the jacuzzi. The house is in an old style, very cozy (the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the accommodation). At night we slept without any noise, in relaxation and absolute silence. Those who want to get away from the daily chaos and relax in tranquility and silence must absolutely stay overnight in this place.

Absolutely beautiful, we came from London and wanted an authentic Italian place to stay and this was it, very homely and also very safe. The locals are very helpful. Everyone is friendly and everyone is eager to help: the host was very friendly. They offered us options. They accommodated us well. The apartment was very clean the apartment had everything we needed, the apartment’s balcony was my favourite especially because it was sunny. We had breakfast on the balcony. For me, this place is more for a quiet vibe right next to the beach with beautiful restaurants. However, it was a bit tricky getting to the city. Once the locals and the host helped it got easier. It’s all part of the experience to be fair. I am definitely booking this place again.

Very convenient location, with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The reception helped us in all ways possible. The breakfast was a nice touch.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Paola's place has been the best Airbnb accomodation experience of my life so far. Gorgeous apartment, spotless clean and with absolutely everything that you need for a perfect stay in Rome. She goes beyond and makes sure you get local recommendations, clear guides, tips, treats... Staying in the San Lorenzo neighborhood gives you the local feeling, it's peaceful and well connected with Rome highlights. Paola (and sweet Sophia) we can't thank you enough for making our time in your place a real highlight.

This apartment is located in the Centro Historico and you can walk 20 minutes or less to all the famous sights of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a locked building and feels very safe. The four large windows in the apartment look out over a small plaza that contains a cafe, a kiosk, and a few benches and you can hear people talking and laughing. The apartment is large with a good-sized living room with a sectional, TV, and dining room table, a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with closet, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer in it.

I was looking for a quiet, essential, relatively inexpensive place for Rome and quite close to the public transport stops from which to reach the center and I can think I found it. Very clean room and bathroom, tidy and easily accessible kitchen and dining room. If I have to be picky, just a few lids were missing to cook without problems, but for frugal meals it's more than fine. Carlo was kind, very helpful, discreet and welcoming and for that I thank him.

Me and my family of 10 rented this place for about a week and had a nice time. The neighborhood was wonderful to stay in and there was so much to do. We could walk everywhere! Emmanuel was there to greet us each morning with breakfast and was very kind to work with. I’d stay here again but I would make note that if you rent the entire place there isn’t a common area to spend time together :)

In addition to the location so close to the Vatican, the attention of Thea and her family are wonderful🪷!! always attentive, very friendly and above all they are super nice people, you can see their love to the neighbor, they are very warm, that feels so good when you travel alone, I hurt my foot so walking and saved me, giving me things to heal, it was my angel!!!, allowed me to leave my things more time to visit the Vatican. The food it leaves in the room is super rich 😋 Thank you Thea for making me feel like home.🥰

Luca and Marilla were great hosts! Very accommodating (especially since we were later that we said with checking in). The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and quaint. We liked the location because it felt really local and away from the crowds of tourists, but the place was close to a bus and metro so it was easy to get to the sites.

Comfortable room just a short stroll to Vatican and many other Rome attractions. Close to metro and many bars and restaurants. Breakfast vouchers to cafe below was a welcome bonus.

The stay in Paolo's B&B was perfect. Great cleanliness and a great room. Check-in was easy to do even if Paolo was not present as specified by him for private reasons. Very spacious room and well stocked with all the essentials. If you come to Rome and want to have a nice holiday, I recommend staying in this B&B.

Silvia place is a great place to stay . Silvia is very nice and friendly she even lend me a shawl to use for me . It’s was so Easy to get there , nice and short walk to metro c , just around 10 minutes away from metro , from metro C to Metro A you can get there at city centre of Rome just about 30 to 45 minutes , transportation is very convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby around 5 minutes to walk . The place is clean , and the owner stock some food for breakfast and it was pretty well enough . Silvia’s place will really recommended to anyone who is looking for their vacation to stay .
