Beach apartment holiday rentals in Santa Monica

The location is perfect, very close to thhe pier, the beach and restaurants and shops. We loved the pool and hot tub and the location is safe and quiet. The hallway to get to the condo is pretty dated but the condo itself has been updated beautifully (except kitchen cupboards-straight from the 70’s). The other owners were very kind and welcoming to us and this owner was very responsive to our questions.

Definitely had a wonderful first experience Elizabeth made it very easy for me to check in and out with wonderful communication. Next time I’m looking to book in the Long Beach area. I am definitely going to look for Elizabeth’s AirBNB again. 🫶🏼

this place was perfect for weekend for 2. we loved the location and were able to find free street parking (be willing to hunt). it was extremely clean and Leila was so responsive. We highly recommend!

Loved the location and proximity to all entertainment and the beach. Only one recommendation: replace and/or fix the sliding door and sliding screen.

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

I had an amazing stay at Luke’s place. Location was on point, couldn’t have asked for a better view. Definitely recommend 10/10

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Such a wonderful place and excellent host! Nico was so responsive and proactive! The place is adorable and walking distance to the beach, marina, convention center and many many restaurants. Had a great time. Oh I forgot to mention ton how comfortable the bed was. Better than anyplace I’ve ever stayed at. Loved it!

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

We had a great time at Jim’s place. The location is unbeatable and very fairly priced. Jim was very welcoming and the condo had everything we needed.

Perfect for a much needed getaway. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of good eats within a short distance. We have this one saved in our favorites for the next time.

Really one of the best stays in Hantington beach area. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house itself was amazing and clean. Strongly recommend it!

So sad to be leaving Amanda’s oasis in MB. It grew to feel like a second home. The view is out of this world outstanding. You can hear the ocean waves crashing, the salt water stinging your nose. The place itself is beautifully appointed, had everything you need and is close to everything (beach, Venice, LAX, etc). We would stay there again in a heartbeat- in fact, not sure we can settle for anywhere else in LA from now on.

Convenient location just blocks from the pier, 3rd St promenade, holiday ice rink… nice to have a secure parking spot in the underground garage. Our family had plenty of space in this 2/2 apartment, all the essentials we needed for a comfortable few nights. Thanks Mike for promptly accommodating us for a late request.

We had a very nice stay at Josie's condo. The location is walkable to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The condo was as described and very comfortable and clean. Josie is very responsive to questions and local recommendations were provided.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Best location in Manhattan beach on the strand directly in front of the ocean. Our stay was perfect. Would love to stay at Tony’s again.
