Perfect location for a concert we were attending nearby.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

We had the most amazing time staying at Sara's beautiful home in Mt. Washington neighborhood for our girls’ weekend in LA! The house was absolutely perfect—charming, clean, and full of light, with stunning views of the mountains to the north and that made every morning feel like a dream. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of birds; and smelling the fruit tree blossoms in the evenings. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still super close to all the fun spots in Echo Park, Highland Park, and Downtown LA. We even snuck in a mini hike right nearby, which was such a bonus! Our host was welcoming and thoughtful—quick to respond; and check-in instructions was a breeze. We had everything that we needed too. You can really tell Sara cares about creating a relaxing and memorable experience for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, serene home base in LA. We’re already planning our next girls’ trip back!

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
