Loft holiday rentals in Santa Teresa Beach

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place twice now, and each time has been an absolute joy! Rob and Marianne are the kindest and most welcoming hosts. The place itself is cozy, beautiful and well-kept, and it’s in the perfect spot. Can’t wait to come back again next year!

Good spot to stay in ST for the price. Looks just like the photos. Slightly dated but super functional and clean. Has everything you need. Location is central and you can easily walk to most restaurants, grocery store, and shops. It’s right on the beach and has a laid back beach restaurant on site. The beach in this location is stunning. Peter is awesome to deal with.

The Ranchos are the place to be! Beach access, delicious restaurant, kind people, and located near surf.

Great place to stay! Very clean, very safe, best location in the center and still very quiet. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay in the loft was very lovely! The communication with both the owners and the cleaning team was super easy and the place was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the common areas also perfect to hang out! Thank you again for such a lovely experience 🤍

I LOVED my stay here! Peter and the entire staff are beyond helpful and friendly. The food at the beach restaurant was AMAZING, the wifi was pretty good to work from in reception and at the beach, and the location is perfect. Very walkable to everything and right on the beach!

We only stayed there for 2.5 days but Kristen helped my boyfriend and I check in super easy. She was very sweet and had many recommendations on what to do/where to go around the area! View was breath taking. Only thing is watch out when entering the driveway it’s a bit narrow before entering the gate. Loved the pool, when we arrived we went right in and soaked up the view. We would definetly be back next time for a longer trip!

This was a magical stay! The space itself is extremely beautiful and clean. It felt like a luxurious getaway. You instantly feel right at home and very cozy. There are always monkeys in the tree right outside of the kitchen and bathroom windows. Host was responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend a 4X4 vehicle to easily travel up and down the road the property is on. Loved everything about our experience!!

We loved our stay at the Sky House. We came to Costa Rica to surf and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for, super clean, cute, and comfortable. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the balcony and watching the first surfers going to the lineup. The pool and property are gorgeous, just like in the pictures. Kristen was super helpful and welcoming, we can’t wait to visit again!

Central location near beach. Nice and cozy. Pool was a plus! Christian, working in the property, was very helpful regarding any concerns.
