It is two minutes walk from the best surfing beaches in Santa Teresa. And close to all the thoughtful restaurants in the village . The apartment is very spacious 50 square meters. Includes a large, fully equipped kitchen and bar for entertaining. Sun balcony with mountain view. The apartment has a sofa bed which allows for more guests of course for an extra. 55-inch Smart TV. Fast wifi optical cable. The apartment allows for privacy and makes you feel like home. The house was built with the thought of feeling like home.

Charming northern Santa Teresa Beachfront Getaway

Our property is right on the beach, near to Hotel FlorBlanca, a short walk to nearest surf break. At low tide there are rock pools for exploring and snorkeling. Sunsets are amazing! If you love the outdoors, you'll love this house because it's very open to the elements, the sea breeze flows straight through and there is plenty of wildlife around. The house is full of rustic charm and perfect for couples, families (kids will love it but beware of steep stairs) and any adventurous travelers.

Le studio est situé sur une colline de Mal Pais, entouré de jungle luxuriante et une vue imprenable sur l océan pacifique. Le studio offre une tranquillité tout en étant à 5 minutes de la plage et du centre ville. Vous avez une vue mer surprenante, même depuis le lit. La fibre optique apporte une excellente connexion à internet. La route pour accéder au logement a été refaite à neuf récemment donc le 4x4 n est pas obligatoire.
