Great place to stay around colonial Santo Domingo. Quiet/peaceful and private. Only a few feet away from great restaurants, museums, etc. Objections: to get to the bedroom one has to climb a set of stairs and back down to the bathroom, and viceversa. Great for younger adults, but not for the elderly, children, and/or handicap. There were few issues with the cleaning and some furniture has seen better days, but okay for the price. We also notice the toilet cover didn't really fit the actual toilet opening. Not enough towels. TV somehow a little difficult to view from the bed. Very important: air conditioner does not worki well. However; Inocencia, the co-host, was 100% of the time ready and willing to help. Also, Antonio and Inocencia were very helpful in arranging for this this other reservation.

Accommodation with an excellent location in the colonial area. It was definitely a good choice.

Access was easy and quick check-in, they always respond immediately, the apartment is as described in the photos, I could improve the topic they have with the TV, but it is something manageable, everything else is very good

I stayed here a while back and it was a great experience both times. I definitely would suggest it to others safe secure and close to everything.

To my liking, I liked the apartment even more than in the pictures. It is very spacious and bright. Everything was clean and properly conditioned. I'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Ricardo’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ricardo was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and in the center of many activities including restaurants and shopping. In the morning there is an amazing breeze that fills the living room space and the sunlight is also wonderful. There is also a pool table in the top floor of the penthouse which is also spacious. Our hostess Johanna and her family were gracious and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment.

I've stayed at this location several times. The host was always responsive to concerns.

Abelardo is a good host, always attentive and the place as in the photo, clean and cozy.

Very very nice place, have 2 parking spots that’s a plus, nice view and nice location close to restaurants and all the stores.

Joel does not live on site he cannot meet all our expectations but the presence of an extremely friendly and very responsive co-host makes it possible to have a very nice stay in this studio.
