Beach apartment holiday rentals in Sarasota

The location has a perfect beachfront view to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. The area was still recovering from the hurricane but walking on the beach was still enjoyable. All of the amenities and items available for use in the condo left very little to be needed.

We are very pleased with the rest, the apartments are wonderful all that is needed for rest, we found there😊

Condo is fantastic. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and always plenty of parking. As the pictures show, it is close to busy street so there is some road noise especially during busy “traffic time” but I didn’t really notice it after a day or two and I couldn’t hear it in bedroom. The view and being able to walk to Doc Ford’s restaurant more than made up for it :-) I would definitely stay here again !

This was a great stay. The place was clean and well maintained. It’s very close to the beach. The balcony is great. It does get a bit of noise from the road below, which separates the building from the beach side, but you can still see the Gulf from the apartment and balcony. Overall, a really nice getaway.

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Great location with beautiful views from all rooms of the ocean. Close to walk to anything you need or a short drive. Host was great about communicating prior to and during check in and check out. Place had everything we needed for the week.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and has the best location to the beach! The pool is also RIGHT outside of the condo door which would have been even more appreciated had we been able to swim. The entire condo appears to be brand new and you can tell a lot of love went in to the renovation. Unfortunately, we spent much more time in the condo than we had planned as we had pretty bad weather all week so I’m glad we picked somewhere so nice. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. I will add that the washer dryer combo is a bit of a pain and takes extremely long to complete one load, but we were happy to have the amenity and they utilized the space very well! Would love to stay again if we’re back in the area.

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

What a great little place next to the beach! We loved it! Could see the sunset from the porch…. Steps to the beach. A great walk down a quaint little back road to John’s Pass. Room was exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed! Could not have asked for a better place! Thank you!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. 5 star all around. A big thank you very much to our hosts. We will be back.

There is an incredible view off the deck! We enjoyed this greatly. Condo was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place.

I rented this place for my parents. They like it so much. The host is very responsible. I highly recommend this place

The condo was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 8. There are several places within walking distances as well as trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Beach is across the street and you do have to cross a busy intersection. The private beach area was small. The condo pool was awesome and huge! That was my families favorite part. Lea has beach chairs, wagon, toys and umbrellas which is nice. We loved the condo and the huge pool. Beach access not so much for my family as we are used to staying right on the beach, however I did know this when we booked. Also if you like to fish the property is on the intercostal waterway so plenty of fishing. Overall beautiful condo and we had a lovely vacation.

Aaron was nice and very responsive whenever I had a question. The condo was as described, very nice, and looked like the pictures. The location was convenient and far enough away from the main road that you didn't have to hear any traffic. It's just steps from the beach and has ocean views. It's a nice place and I would definitely rent again.

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

This is our second time staying at Dan and Crystal’s place and we absolutely love coming here. Every time there has been incredible memories made. Our first visit a few years ago there were hundreds of sting rays we could see from shore, this time a gentleman staying in another unit was catching hammerhead sharks and our son got to reel it in. So exciting and so memorable! The beach is beautiful and you are just steps away from paradise! Dan and Crystal are very responsive and helpful. They suggested we go to a restaurant called Salt and it was fantastic. We also enjoyed great burgers at Skinny’s. We love staying here and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Dan and Crystal!!
